    The minute we arrived, I got a bug cheery welcome hug from the handsomely dressed valet (for hailing cabs). He actually worked next door at Rubens, which occupies the bottom part of the building. Hotel 41 is actually on the 5th floor of the building. When my two friends and I entered the door for the hotel, we were in a small lobby with a friendly concierge on the left and a big bowl of fruit and drinks on the right. She summoned our own personal butler who would show us to our rooms and give us a tour. It just kept getting better from there. There was a beautiful library with a snack area that was always stocked with candy, at least 5 flavors of potato chips, chocolate, fruit, and a refridgerator full of free ice cream. I gained 2 pounds during my stay but I'm not worried. I had a boisterous, spoiled 13 year old with me and I feared I would get dirty looks and a reprimand but the staff was very patient and accommodating. He ordered things that were not on the menu (such as mango smoothies and spaghetti with tomato sauce) but the staff didnt flinch. We ate in the lounge for most of our meals because it was quick and easy, and the big restaurant, called "The Library" next door at Rubens, required a reservation. The lounge also served tea and midnight snacks. When we ordered tickets for The Harry Potter tour at Warner Brothers studio and also tickets to the play, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, they were apparently sold out the 3 days we were in London but somehow, the concierge at Rubens got us tickets. I think Hotel 41 uses Rubens to procure tickets. They seem to work together.

    Executive Lounge was wonderful to come back to upon returning to the hotel and also for breakfast each morning. Staff was attentive and provided great personal service.

    Everyone on staff was wonderful and all conscience of providing each guest service. The group room was wonderful and it was lovely to come back from sightseeing and have the ability to pick up a snack. Then to come back in the evening and have the ability to meet up with friends and enjoy a quite spot to catchup

    As a minor item, my shower did not have hot water consistency. However, my travel companions did not have this as an issue.

    The staff are extraordinarily attentive and professional. Also, the hotel's attention to every detail, in terms of decor, comfort, and amenities, is outstanding. Additionally, the location, near Victoria Station, makes it ideal for travelers to and from Gatwick Airport.

    The staff were amazing. Made us feel so welcome, nothing was too much trouble. The staff make this hotel. I would def recommend this hotel to others. The chef did an amazing job too. The food by far the best I ve ever tasted. Over all fantastic weekend.

    The very helpful, fun and friendly service and the lovely room and facilities. The snacks and food were delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

    I have to say I would struggle to find anything negative to say about this Hotel or it's staff. Our weekend was an absolute pleasure from start to finish . Room service was particularly efficient .. Top Marks

    The service was superb could not have done enough for you...beautiful room with all your needs met even an umbrella each! There were two showers, over bath and separate,with extra large shower heads that drenched you...breakfast was delicious our whole stay was perfectly devine .
