I would like to thank Mr Frederic, Dhana, Monika and the other staff for the Great Great Great hospitality and welcoming. I have experienced the the fabulous welcoming from the moment I have reserved the room, it was the first time in my hotels experience that such a hotel send me a forum to fell.They asked me about my preference and what I want them to prepare for me. once I move in the took me to reception and ask me for any thing I would like to have while they sort me out. there where a complimentary snack and Tea in the lounge area. the lounge area is very nice and quite. they toke me to my room no. 4114, and the lady has introduced the very nice room in a very nice way. As I was celebrating my 2nd wedding anniversary they have prepared a Turn-down romantic to the room and brought the best cake I have ever tasted. You just feel that you are the only one in the hotel. once you call the reception they welcome you hardly and deliver the service you require in just seconds. they provide you with every thing you want. the hotel is very quite and clean. simply the best hotel every in welcoming and staff. I have visited Versace hotel in Gold coast, Atlantes in Dubai, one and only in Cape town, Intercontinental in London, and many hotels all around the world. the other hotels may be better in the lounge area as it is very big and very crowded. but non of the other hotels be as good service and hospitality as 41 ever. Trust me it is extraordinary great hotel. one more thing to mention, once the hotel ordered me a taxi it was raining out side so the bell man has given me an umbrella to take. Also I have asked them about the tasty cake, so they told me that they will send me the recipe. We loved our stay at this hotel. It seems to be very important to all the staff that you have all you need. Great atmosphere in the lounge and rooms....a place to go back to!

Very comfortable hotel with friendly staff, always ready to help. I feel like a welcome guest, provided for almost every detail for comfort.

Location for our needs was excellent. The attention og the staff could not have been better, attended to every need, anticipating what we might next. Overall an great experience.

Beyond the comfort, elegance and location we got great service, were cared for every detail, got the best of attention and all our wishes were met. examples: 1. When the staff found out it was my wife's birthday a bottle of champagne was sent to our room.2. When concierge saw we are ready to Jogg a jogging map was offered. 3. Our boarding cards were printed and waited with fresh cappucino for our early morning flight when we departed and much more

Staff were incredibly friendly,hotel was immaculate,service perfect,had a really fabulous, decadent time!

Very helpfull and friendly staff

Läget och den personliga servicenivån. Personalen är helt fantastisk. Litet sagolikt trevligt hotell. Loungen är den bästa jag någonsin sett. Mysigare blir det inte utanför det egna hemmet.

Det tog lite för lång tid med incheckning. Personalen är nästan för vänlig och vill gå igenom ALLT, vilket ibland kan upplevas som påträngande när man bara vill in på sitt rum.

Nous avions réservé pour un we. L'hôtel est bien placé quand on vient de St Pancras par l'eurostar la ligne est directe jusqu'à Victoria station et il se situe à 2 pas. Il est très calme, aucun bruit la nuit, le personnel est très serviable et toujours de bon conseil, les petits déjeuners sont copieux. Il est très luxueux avec de petites attentions à votre retour de visite le soir. Surtout c'est un hôtel de petite taille puisqu'il n'y a que peu de chambres et c'est très agréable car le service est donc personnalisé. Une partie du personnel parle un français parfait.

Le fauteuil à 5 pieds du bureau de la chambre qui se met toujours en travers de notre chemin!

de persoonlijke service is uitzonderlijk, de kamers zijn ruim en prachtig ingericht , eigenlijk een hotel om steeds naar weer te keren,zeer gezellig en rustig daar het hotel maar uit één verdieping bestaat. wij kunnen een verblijf aan iedereen aanraden
