Just outstanding! Wonderful English decor, wood panels and marble, excellent bed and bath, every need cared for, superb glass-domed common room that served as lounge and breakfast room. The most impressive part, however, was the staff - very professional, young, personable, and international. Top service. Excellent location between Victoria station and Buckingham Palace. |

Every aspect of my stay was faultless. Particular mention however should be made of the staff who were unfailingly courteous and helpful whilst remaining discreet and unobtrusive. The hotel itself is quiet and well-appointed. I would not hesitate to stay there again. |

Good service - nice lobby - polite staff Hotel should stick to their policy! Ex. We hd to upgrade in order to have an additional bed in rooms and pay additional! |

Everything was really good. Some minor points were fixed very effectively. Staff was very friendly. Just some minor points: Remote control for TV in my bathroom did not work (but as I stayed only for 1 day and did not ask to fix it). Bathroom amenities (bath gel etc.) were not added during daily service but were brought in a minute after I called the reception. My room rate included a bottle of champaign on arrival but it was not provided until I reminded about it. |

Det var hygelig å ankomme, og det var rene og pene rom med mye stæsj som kunne benyttes dersom man ønsket det. Det bør absolutt være mulighet til å koke egen kaffe eller te om morgenen, ikke alle ønsker roomservice eller gå til loungen om morgenen rett etter å ha stått opp. Da er det godt med en kopp kaffe som man lager selv. Med andre ord, en vann- eller kaffekoker på rommet bør settes inn! |
