It has striking rooms, attentive 5-star service, and a wood-paneled Executive Lounge with free snacks and canapés from 8:30 p.m. Each black-and-white bedroom has a handmade mattress, air-conditioning and luxury bedding. There are on-demand movies, iPod docks and marble bathrooms with bathrobes and Penhaligon's toiletries. 41 is 1640 ft from London Victoria Tube and Train Station. Westminster Abbey, the Houses of Parliament and Piccadilly Circus are less than one mile away. The quiet and exclusive 41 hotel feels like a traditional London club. The staff where warm ,and very welcoming.the hotel is well maintained and the service was of the highest level.I have stayed in many hotels in London over the past 25 years ,this was in the top five of my ever best stays.Well done to all the staff.If you want confort,elegence and style with the service to go with it ,then you must only ever stay here!.

Perfect overnight stay. Staff asked about our plans for the evening and told them about old friends flying in from Seattle who we hadn't seen for many years and were spending their 10th anniversary at The Ritz, where we were meeting for dinner. Also mentioned that we had been together for 30 years this weekend. When we returned from dinner, the room had been filled with candles, rose petals and chocolates! It was so romantic and so unexpected. Staff were charming and couldn't have been more helpful. The big negative about our overnight stay was that I ended up with food poisoning from The Ritz!!!!!!! Fully intend to use 41 again. Such a pleasure to be in a boutique hotel than some big, faceless hotel that lacks personality. And nearly forgot, we got upgraded too!

Lovely staff...all seemed to be very pretty Polish girls, except for a henpecked and charming concierge! I'm almost unwilling to recommend it, as It'll be my first choice next trip, and I'd hate for it to be booked-out!

The level of service is impeccable. All of the staff are personally attentive and will go out of their way to ensure all of your needs were met. I happened to mention to the lobby staff, while our car was being parked that I had made an error as I had thought I had booked concert tickets for that weekend, my husbands birthday but I had infact booked the concert for the following weekend! Later, when we returned to the room there was a hand written note from the manager, a cd and other memorabillia of the artist. I was amazed that a short conversation in passing was taken to such attentive detail. We have been to many 5* hotels across the globe, but never have I experienced such attentiveness in a personal way. Superb!

Beyond the comfort, elegance and location we got great service, were cared for every detail, got the best of attention and all our wishes were met. examples: 1. When the staff found out it was my wife's birthday a bottle of champagne was sent to our room.2. When concierge saw we are ready to Jogg a jogging map was offered. 3. Our boarding cards were printed and waited with fresh cappucino for our early morning flight when we departed and much more
