Everywhere are signs of the building's previous life as a corn mill. Some walls are hung with photographs of the mill during its conversion; many rooms feature large mill windows with wooden shutters; others have remnants of the mills pulleys, wheels and girders in the ceilings and walls; and some have seating areas that overhang the water’s edge.

Travel information

By Train:
Walk along Boar Lane to the Corn Exchange building; turn right at Pizza Express; turn left and the hotel façade can be seen on The Calls Landing.

By Car:
- Follow the signs towards Leeds’ city centre and pick up the city centre loop road.
- Exit the city centre loop road at junction 15 (after Parish Church).
- The hotel is on the left-hand side.

Parking:
The nearest car park to the hotel is the NCP located on New York Street. You are more than welcome to drop your luggage off at the hotel before parking your car. A 24-hour parking ticket for this car park is available from reception at a discounted rate.
