Hotel 43 London  

1) Location convenience -- walking distance to Paddington Station with connection to airport express; 2) Dining and entertainment venues available at Queensway area; 3) Convenient but quiet; 4) FREE Wifi available at hotel!

The Triple room was not as big as the description and photos on web.

I loved the location close to shops and restaurants and Bayswater and Queensway tube stations. Loved being near Kensington Gardens and on a good bus route to Oxford St. Loved that there was not only a bedroom but a little lounge room and a kitchenette. The staff were always very keen to help. The great price was only a part of my decision to stay there. The fact that breakfast was also included was a big bonus. Have already recommended it to friends.

I love everything . If I have to go again to London I will repeat sure . All who works there are really kind,. I am happy with all of them and talk with thems and have goods remembers . The only 2 things we liked at the hotel 43 was the cleanliness of the place and the location,,,, Nothing else good to say about it... Absolutely nothing.

The 3 of us have never stayed in a hotel where basically all staff member were so rude and unhelpful ( including the manager , who unfortunately I had to speak to over the phone( she was never there ) after having a problem due to the lack of experience of one of the receptionists . It was like they were bothered by having to do us a favor and letting us stay there. It was horrific. Breakfast room uncomfortably small : you almost seat on other peoples laps and the buffet was extremely basic and you would leave hungry... ( no wonder was included). Mattress and pillows so old and saggy that would ve been better to sleep on the floor. Never thought it could be this bad... Now I really take in the reviews left about this place ... never stay there again,,,, would not recommend to my worst enemy. (Another thing: the pics do not show the real deal with the rooms)

Ideal location, straight opposite Kensington Gardens and just a 2 min walk from Queensway tube station or bus stops. Nice breakfast, no complaints and have booked to stay again!

The breakfast was very limited and low quality. The lift was bad and needed maintenance badly.

Exceptionally clean, friendly staff, quiet. Would use this hotel again, Jean Hughes, Barry, South Wales

Clean room and bathroom but very basic. Breakfast: large continental choice.

The furniture in the room ie table, chair and side lamp would not be given room in a charity shop for resale. Hotel has a lift but it doesnt work on the 4th floor (Where I was). I could hear the neighbouring room put a plug socket in the wall but they were quiet other than that.

I didn't, I will not be staying there again!!

Noisy, maintenance being done when people trying to sleep, staff entering the room without knocking, staff not communicating with each other, staff not fixing problems in the room. Broken floor tiles in bathroom, broken mirror light in bathroom. Chipped cups and cups with lipstick on. Too many switches and nothing marked to say what did what. Not enough soft lighting.

Staff helpful and polite! Love that it had an inbuilt kitchenette in it! Location is fantastic! Close to shopping, gym, tube, cinema, eating out! I would stay there again!

Super location, really close by 2 undergrounds: Bayswater and Queensway, nice & quiet area, lots of bars/supermarkets close by. Close to Hyde park for picknick etc.
