Quiete location yet very close to Queensway Underground, which gave access to all the sights of London. Queensway shopping centre was excellent. Continental breakfast was good. Good kitchenette facilities in the studios, with which one could make a light meal. Studio for 2 people yet only 1 chair at the small table. No tea, coffee or milk supplied in the studio. |

convenient to west end, central london and tube/bus transport. Clean. Very impersonal and not particularly secure. It's totally open for a stranger to walk in off the street unnoticed and go up to the bedrooms. Staff unfriendly and have no interest in dealing with guests and queries once they have paid up on arrival. |

Low cost hotel with modern facilities. Excellent location for both bus and tube transfers into central London and very close to Hyde Park makes it an excellent choice for sightseers and families with young children wanting to play in the playgrounds at Hyde Park Rooms were small but that is to be expected for the price |

The room, including the ensuite shower room, was very clean and in lovely condition. The continental breakfast good and the location, next to Kensington gardens, ideal. Also handy for the tube(Queensway). I had a query about my bill,as it appeared that I had paid twice. I wasn't impressed by the manner in which they responded to my e-mail and when I e-mailed them again for clarification, their response was bordering on insolent. I'm normally quite easily pleased and quick to recommend places where I've stayed, but despite the cleanliness of the room and its location,I can't recommend this place because it was unfriendly.I felt uncomfortable there, and a nasty taste is in my mouth due to the curt, impolite response to my reasonable query. |

The location was handy and the hotel was clean. The breakfast was good. The rooms were tiny. This has been newly renovated - although very badly. The newly laid tiles in the bathroom were cracked and were broken which meant you could not walk in bare feet in the bathroom. the room was very hot too, which you couldnt regulate, despite a complicated programmer! |

Staff were friendly, room was good size and in good decorative order with additional facilities that I didn't expect. Hotel was handy for two tube stations Quilt cover was filthy, room was not cleaned after my initial night's stay so had to make my own bed (not really bothered about that, but they do it at other hotels) |

We had a problem with the flight, so instead of arriving on the booking date, we just arrive next morning, the staff was wonderfull, friendly and understand the situation. The stay was nice, the room has a modern design, small but cosy. The breakfast includes some fantastic croissants!!! About the location, the hotel is just a few metres from the tube so... |

Room very clean and recently refurbished, great setting (near Kensington gardens and 2 underground stations of the 2 main lines - you can get anywhere very fast from there), acceptable breakfast for a 3-star hotel Room extremely small and a wicked lift... Girls at the reception could be more friendly |

Its very central and tastfully done up. Rooms are small but sufficient. Only thing was that on the second night there was no hot water and I end up with a cold shower in the middle of a warm shower. Will definetly use the hotel again if they maintain thier standard. |

Room may be small in a size but comfortable and clean.Bathroom spacious and everything clean.Huge almost full size window makes room airy and bright. And the things like from towels made sculpture of elephant on the top of our bed together with our "teddy bear" make everything wellcoming. Ideal for visiting town, easy walk to Parks and the central London. Small eating area where during the breakfast the guests are squezed together or so close that not everyone might find pleasant.Table with continental breakfast should be better presented and organised.Otherwise nothing else. |
