Hotel 43 London

Enkle, men helt greie rom, med godt renhold og god seng. Fint at det var et lite kjøleskap på rommet, samt hårføner, strykjern og vannkoker, kaffe og te. Hyggelig liten spisesal til frokosten som var relativt enkel, men god nok for mitt behov. Hotellets beliggenhet var også fin.

Inneklimaet i resepsjonen virket ikke helt bra med innestengt luft og en ubehagelig lukt av ukjent årsak.. Når jeg selv opplevde dette som ubehagelig, tenker jeg at dette ikke kan ha vært bra for personene som arbeidet der. Det burde også ha vært mulig å få kart over London i resepsjonen.

Stille og rolig og likevel sentralt, kort vei til undergrunnstasjon. Bra frokost. Greie Ikeamøbler. Så ut til å være nyoppusset.

Rent og pent på rommet, gode senger.Sentrall beliggenhet, men sammtidig stille og rolig om natten. Frokosten var grei.

Perfect location, quiet surroundings

Unfriendly staff - even hard to catch their greetings - if any. Without having high requirements in terms of space, room has been extremely small - not even enough place to put a suitcase down. Bathroom so tiny one cannot sit on the toilet without having its face in the wash basin.

The hotel is easy to get to from the tube.

Fix the little things in the rooms, such as the runny toilet, the hair dryer that doesn't work and the stains on the pillows. And please remember to clean out the fridge from the previous guests. The staff could use some service training.

the hotel refurbishment was of a very good standard for this kind of price range and looked lovely. the staff was very pleasant. very impressed with the whole thing

Room clean and comfotable. Reasonably quiet. ensuite toilet and shower was modern and clean.

Breakfast room is too small and food choices very limited. if possible don't pay for breakfast and go to a nearby cafe or restaurant many of which open at 8am to cater for breakfast

It was supposed to be non-smoking but some of my neighbours were smoking

Huge single room and good size bathroom, highly modern, clean.

The room,including the ensuite shower room,was very clean and in lovely condition.The continental breakfast good and the location,next to Kensington gardens,ideal.Also handy for the tube(Queensway).

I had a query about my bill,as it appeared that I had paid twice. I wasn't impressed by the manner in which they responded to my e-mail and when I e-mailed them again for clarification, their response was bordering on insolent. I'm normally quite easily pleased and quick to recommend places where I've stayed,but despite the cleanliness of the room and its location,I can't recommend this place because it was unfriendly.I felt uncomfortable there,and a nasty taste is in my mouth due to the curt,impolite response to my reasonable query.

The room was perfect !!! I really like the decoration

Staff were friendly, room was good size and in good decorative order with additional facilities that I didn't expect. Hotel was handy for two tube stations

Quilt cover was filthy, room was not cleaned after my initial night's stay so had to make my own bed (not really bothered about that, but they do it at other hotels)

The hotel was very near the underground stations, so was convenient.

The room was very small but had all the amenities required.
