Localização , acomodação e preço.

A manutenção deixou a desejar: Elevador apesar de novo não fucionava direito, e o geladeira não estava funcionando.

Quarto impecavelmente limpo. Pequeno almoço agradável, bem servido. Hotel bem localizado.

Uma funcionária da recepção mostrou indiferença na resolução de problemas relacionados com o serviço no hotel - ter-se extraviado uma peça de lingerie, ter-se esvaziado o ar da cama extra eram questões que, segundo ela, não fariam parte das suas atribuições...problema do hóspede, portanto.

O Hotel funciona, embora com avaria crónica no elevador. Bom em termos de limpeza. Pequeno almoço nos mínimos, mas aceitável. Inclui café Expresso, a pedido.

Neste hotel o serviço é normal, funciona mas não tem "alma". Penso que terá a haver com o facto dos funcionários serem na sua maioria da Europa do Leste e não dominarem a lingua inglesa. Daí terem alguma dificuldade de comunicação. Executam mas sem brio...O preço um pouco acima da média europeia se tivermos em consideração a qualidade do serviço e as pequenas dimensões dos quartos.

O quarto estava sempre limpo e da localização

O facto do hotel ter sido remodelado, o que lhe dá um aspecto asseado e luminosidade. A localização é muito boa, perto de tudo mas numa rua calma.

Perfect location, quiet surroundings

Unfriendly staff - even hard to catch their greetings - if any. Without having high requirements in terms of space, room has been extremely small - not even enough place to put a suitcase down. Bathroom so tiny one cannot sit on the toilet without having its face in the wash basin.

The hotel is easy to get to from the tube.

Fix the little things in the rooms, such as the runny toilet, the hair dryer that doesn't work and the stains on the pillows. And please remember to clean out the fridge from the previous guests. The staff could use some service training.

the hotel refurbishment was of a very good standard for this kind of price range and looked lovely. the staff was very pleasant. very impressed with the whole thing

rooms were small I guess but still looked nice and at that price who can complain

Room clean and comfotable. Reasonably quiet. ensuite toilet and shower was modern and clean.

Breakfast room is too small and food choices very limited. if possible don't pay for breakfast and go to a nearby cafe or restaurant many of which open at 8am to cater for breakfast

It was supposed to be non-smoking but some of my neighbours were smoking

Huge single room and good size bathroom, highly modern, clean.

The room,including the ensuite shower room,was very clean and in lovely condition.The continental breakfast good and the location,next to Kensington gardens,ideal.Also handy for the tube(Queensway).

I had a query about my bill,as it appeared that I had paid twice. I wasn't impressed by the manner in which they responded to my e-mail and when I e-mailed them again for clarification, their response was bordering on insolent. I'm normally quite easily pleased and quick to recommend places where I've stayed,but despite the cleanliness of the room and its location,I can't recommend this place because it was unfriendly.I felt uncomfortable there,and a nasty taste is in my mouth due to the curt,impolite response to my reasonable query.
