Hotel 43 London

Att rummet var rent och snyggt.

Det var alldeles för trångt och liten frukostmatsal. Dessutom skulle det vara lite bättre service vad gäller tidigare frukost, oftast går flygen tidigt på morgonen.

Det var ett trevligt rum. Litet men fint inrett. Hotellet låg bra till, en trevlig promenad vid Hyde Park och man är tillslut vid Oxford Street.

Det var litet men eftersom vi var där i 2 nätter gjorde det inget men skulle nog inte vilja bo där längre än så. Frukosten som ingick var liten och inte världens bästa heller, helt okej.

Bra rum och läge

Rent och välstädat rum. Litet men väl utvalt utbud av frukostvaror (müsli, yoghurt, toast, ägg etc). Mkt prisvärt hotell. Snygg och enkel inredning.

Mkt opålitlig hiss. Rekommenderar att ej använda den.

Hotellet själva hade gjort ett misstag i bokningen, så att det inte fanns rum åt oss när vi skulle checka in. Därför var det bra att de snabbt kunde ordna ett extra rum utan extra kostnad åt oss.Rummen var fräscha och nymålade.

Servicenivån var sisådär och hade inte läget varit så pass bra och rummen så fräscha, skulle jag inte välja att bo där igen. Bl a kunde vi inte få ett extra täcke till vårt dubbelrum (vilket var felbokat från hotellet, eftersom vi skulle ha haft ett twin room.) Personalen vid frukosten rökte i köket, så att det drog in i frukostrummet, plus att de hade musik på på hög volym. De hade heller ingen koll på vilka som gick in och ut ur hotellet, eftersom receptionen var bakom en glasdörr och den som satt där inte tittade efter vilka som kom.

For London this is a reasonably priced 'Hotel' !. Its proximity to Queensway tube station is a plus for those on a regular weekend shopping trip.

Serious lack of space in the 'shower room'. The most recent refurbishment/refresh of poor standard. It's a shame places still try to take these short cuts. If you are on a weekend trip use the stairs not the lift as you might miss a mornings shopping !!

the hotel refurbishment was of a very good standard for this kind of price range and looked lovely. the staff was very pleasant. very impressed with the whole thing

rooms were small I guess but still looked nice and at that price who can complain

Room clean and comfotable. Reasonably quiet. ensuite toilet and shower was modern and clean.

Breakfast room is too small and food choices very limited. if possible don't pay for breakfast and go to a nearby cafe or restaurant many of which open at 8am to cater for breakfast

It was supposed to be non-smoking but some of my neighbours were smoking

Huge single room and good size bathroom, highly modern, clean.

The room,including the ensuite shower room,was very clean and in lovely condition.The continental breakfast good and the location,next to Kensington gardens,ideal.Also handy for the tube(Queensway).

I had a query about my bill,as it appeared that I had paid twice. I wasn't impressed by the manner in which they responded to my e-mail and when I e-mailed them again for clarification, their response was bordering on insolent. I'm normally quite easily pleased and quick to recommend places where I've stayed,but despite the cleanliness of the room and its location,I can't recommend this place because it was unfriendly.I felt uncomfortable there,and a nasty taste is in my mouth due to the curt,impolite response to my reasonable query.

The room was perfect !!! I really like the decoration

Staff were friendly, room was good size and in good decorative order with additional facilities that I didn't expect. Hotel was handy for two tube stations

Quilt cover was filthy, room was not cleaned after my initial night's stay so had to make my own bed (not really bothered about that, but they do it at other hotels)
