Very friendly staff, very clean hotel and very near to local amenities, lovely, smart hotel will definatly stay there again.

very polite and helpful staff who helped in any way they could there was an honesty bar which we would have used if we hadn't come up for a wedding. brilliant location! would stay again

there is a large step into the shower and a small step into the hotel itself so is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. it is not clear if there is disabled access or accessible personal hygiene facilities/bedroom. Although I did not look and did not ask

Everything was great

I thought that Mode was an extremely comfortable and modern hotel, apart from the points noted below. The bedroom and en suite were beautifully furnished and colour co-ordinated and there was plenty of space in each one. It was a pleasure to be able to sit on the balcony and watch the world go by. I cannot speak too highly of the staff I came into contact with. They were all so smart and well groomed and one young woman in particular, Daniella, did everything she could to assist with the difficulties mentioned below. She was pleasant and polite and took an interest in my daughter and myself. The continental breakfast was excellent with a varied choice of items and the coffee served at breakfast was of a high quality and much better than is usually on offer in hotels.

As my daughter is in a wheelchair, I found that accessing the building was difficult as there was no permanent or portable ramp. In addition, the lift was extremely small and would only take the wheelchair and carer who had to stand in a somewhat cramped position.

On our arrival we were greeted by a very friendly and pleasant receptionist who provided all the information necessary for what was to be a very comfortable and relaxing 4 day stay. During our few days we had 3 different receptionist and each one was very friendly and helpful.

The only minus during our stay in room 15 was the excessive noise from the roof tiles when it was windy. We were offered a change of room on Thursday night but as it was our last night we decided to keep the room. My wife and I are very sound sleepers but on Thursday night we thought the roof was about to be blown off due to the loud rattling noise. This is a problem which I am sure you are aware of and requires to be resolved.

We had a lovely stay at the Mode hotel. The staff were very efficient and professional. Excellent quick check in and explanation of location of bar, breakfast room and room. Excellent clean, modern, spacious and very comfortable room with sea view. Quiet at night, had excellent nights sleep. Very good breakfast with a huge choice. We will certainly visit the Mode again. Highly reccomended.

Staff were fantastic, professional and nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean, spacious and comfy. Breakfast was a delight, coffee was of real quality.

The staff were friendly and the continental breakfast plentiful. The location on the seafront was ideal and also handy for the shopping centre.

There was no real atmosphere as the honesty bar was empty any time we passed it. We called in for a drink but spent the time on our own.

The front desk staff were fantastic. Very helpful, coruteous, friendly, lovely ladies.
