Large room, good beds, great shower, quiet, fantastic food. As the only guests we were joined for breakfast by the owners which was a nice personal touch. Can't praise this place too much.

    Nothing.

Very spacious room, beautiful views of the hills and Ballyclare rooftops, modern bathroom/shower.

The management's attitude when I reported the failing wifi. They gave me the sense it was just me and did nothing about it. This was by far the least welcoming place of all the places I visited in Northern Ireland. And at £45 without breakfast and the welcoming pot of tea I was offered in all the others, this is grossly over-priced. Stay somewhere else.

Rooms were a good size bathroom recently renovated .

I was unaware breakfast was not included in the original price . Having said that the breakfast was good despite the hidden cost . Would stay again .

Desk staff very friendly. Restaurant food and staff top notch. Room was clean and comfortable. Very spacious.

Wi-Fi wasn't working at check-in, worked the following morning. I did not report this to staff as it was late and not critical when I noticed.
