Very clean, with excellent facilities for cooking in the apartment and close to lots of family friendly eating places if you prefer to eat out. Close to Russell Square tube and perfect for Corums Fields play park.

Could be hot in the summer as there is no air conditioning.

Shower door hung the wrong way, which made it difficult to switch shower on and off without getting completely wet

excellent to have a small apartment instead of a hotel room, very good value for money. Has everything one needs in an apartment, even for a few days (kitchenette, fridge, crockery, cutlery). Nice modern and decoration, very comfortable. Modern flat screen TV and even an iPod docking station! I would go here again for a short city trip in London. Easy walk from Russell Square and to British Museum, Univ of London. Just opposite Charles Dickens House.

that no breakfast is available even at extra cost, but this is compensated by having kettle and tea/coffee available. No staff on site after 9 pm (but phone number provided).

It was the most comfortable, modern and immaculately clean apartment that I have ever had the pleasure to stay in. Apart from one or two fairly insignificant marks on the carpet I would never have known that it was not absolutely brand new. I found a great Italian restaurant around the corner a short walk away. That was great too. All in all a very satisfied and quite surprised guest.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was very good and the quality of the room as a whole was very high. Good facilities, clean, tidy and overall a very pleasant experience staying there.

The kitchen sink was little bit small and difficult to use. It would have been nice also to have been provided with some washing powder for laundry (washing up liquid and toiletries were provided which was good).

A minor point, but a frustration .... TV remote was very slow to change channels

Clean, tidy room. Little intrusion from staff or other guests. Good location close to Oxford St. Great pub across the road.

Room was small and nothing like pictures on Booking.com. I was looking forward to an apartment but only got a small room. Could have just booked a room in a hotel for cheaper. WiFi was a little shaky.

The heating was on far too high - it took quite a while with open windows to make it tolerable. Some bottled water would have been a nice touch.

It was a very clean, convenient efficiency apartment, in the heart of tourist London. It is the best place I have stayed at in London and I am a frequent traveller

Need to pick up key before 8.30 PM - better for leisure travel than for business needs. Quite far from the Tube.

The location is fantastic - beautiful street, near the tube, 2 great pubs around the corner, and the best Lebanese restaurant (Chamisse) 5 minutes walk away on Grays Inn Road. The apartment was sparkling clean, warm and very quiet - we hardly heard a thing from the other guests.

We were contacted prior to arriving at the apartment ensuring a staff member was there to meet us. The staff member then assisted us with our luggage to the top floor. The apartment was perfect for us as we had early departures from St Pancras International Station. Our TV had limited channels, which was promptly fixed the next day.

Overpriced!!! Staff extremely unhelpful and unfirendly. Apartment is nothing how it looks online, very small and unpractical. It was cold and possibly the worst place I have ever stayed. They even charged extras onto my credit card without my permission for leaving a towel on the floor. Would definately not recomend staying here to anybody.

Good area in Bloomsbury. Theatre district short taxi ride away. Coffee shops within walking distance for morning croissants. Easy access to London mainline rail stations. Excellent pub restaurant just up the road The Lady Ottoline.

A few minor issues. Dripping shower and shaky tap were a little annoying. Also road is used as a cut through to Holborn and is therefore a little noisy

The price compared well with London hotels and having a kitchen area gives much more flexibility. Wifi worked perfectly. Location was very good - walkable from St Pancras and close to tube stations

I had to indicate arrival time in order to be let in - I know some other apartments have receptions. Location was quite noisy - taxi rank under the window - so bring ear plugs.

The apartment was lovely, really well finished high quality fitted furniture and Kitchen. Luxury shower bathroom. Pleasant location.

Could of done with someone showing me where everything was, took me 15 mins to find the cutlery hidden in a low draw. Also milk and auger even if only a little, there was tea and coffee pouches and after a long trip I really wanted to use them but no milk or sugar. Also would of been nice if the staff told me where a local shop was.
