Nice clean hotel and 3 minute walk there is the underground (North Ealing)
Little small and a little bit cramped, but in general not bad at all
Easy to get to Right near tube station Friendly staff Clean Just what is needed for a night in the city
This hotel has one of the best Japanese restaurant in London and service also reminds us of Japanese good hotel. Three receptionists are very friendly and helpful. Not only I impressed their service but also the heart‐warming handwriting letter from a housekeeper
TV tuner had a reception problem on channel 80 or 130 (BBC News) only....
Hotel is close to Tube stations for travel into central London. It was modern and provided a good level of comfort. It was very clean. We stay in a double room in frond of the garden. It was very quiet.
Room was lovely, fantastic usage of the space! Could not fault the cleanliness of the room at all. Staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was good, and we were given complementary champagne! This is a lovely hotel and I would highly recommend it, this came as a surprise as it was one of cheapest hotels available on New Years Eve!!
The staff were extremely helpful and we were allowed a late checkout no problem. The rooms are small but decorated well. It has a modern funky feel throughout.
Bathroom is pretty cramped.
This is a really good hotel in the outskirts. It's well priced and we'll kept. I've stayed here more than once, and will stay again. Make sure you book a garden room.
Parking is limited, and make sure you book a garden view room
Very friendly and helpful staff. Coffee machine in rooms and toiletries.
Room was a bit from road and chilly for the time of year.
The bed was amazing, the shower amazing, very quiet and very clean
Good location, great hotel, great staff
Cleanliness Location near the station Temperature of the room Clean bathroom Friendly staff Beautiful room
No sky channels
Close to subway, clean and comfortable.
Room a little dark
Hotel is close to Tube for travel into central London. It was stylish and modern and provided a good level of comfort. We paid extra for a room facing back garden which did screen out the noise of traffic.
The double room was on the small side and got very stuffy even with the window open! Parking was limited .
Deco was very contemporary, comfy beds, lovely toiletries, friendly staff
Parking was advertised online, however there were only a few spaces at the front of the hotel which is slightly misleading, however this was the only downfall and everything else was fab
Free Wifi. Proximity of tube station, friendly and helpful staff
Friendly staff . Good location and clean rooms
Parking space , size of bathroom and the lighting in the room a bit dark
No lift! It is very difficult to carry all your luggages to the second floor. And the traffic noisy is another issue even the night time is quite clear
Location's good, close to the tube comfortable bed clean
generally good but not worth that high price
Lovely interiors and well designed public spaces and fine bedrooms. Pleasant ambience, integrating old and new with access to garden at rear. Good for an overnight break if you are looking for a boutique hotel in London.
The hotel frontage doesn't look particularly appealing. One would not know there is a gem waiting to be discovered inside. Also the car parking is very restricted and detracts from the first view of the property which is a shame.
Very friendly and helpful staff
The continental breakfast could have been a little more exciting but it was adequate
Room is a compact but clean and confortable with good staff
To me, the room was a bit darker than I prefer and the airconditioning was difficult to control.
Trendy, comfortable accommodation; Good choice for breakfast: Free Wifi; Great location for the Tube into Central London and friendly staff.
Towels - need to replace the current crispy bath towels with fluffy Egyptian cotton bath sheets
Only car parking for 2 so had to leave on side road until 8am.
its far from than center
We paid for a garden view but all that confronted us from our window was a roof with glass windows and an array of dissused tools on it, the room itself was nice, however it was stated to be a kingsize bed and what we slept on was clearly a double. The most shocking thing though, was when we asked a member of staff if it would be ok to leave our suitcase in the hotel as we where going in to London for the day. He said yes " we will store that for you". We came back 7 hours later to find the case had not moved from its original position, right next to the front door!
