Firstly the welcome was very friendly Quick check in. secure parking great food and atmosphere Room was very clean and tidy

My room was above the kitchen so i could here the fan blowing in the evening and first thing in the morning

Very reasonable priced rooms.....surprisingly good food in the restaurant. Room clean and comfortable, perfect for an overnight stay.

Receptionist most helpful.

The noise level in the dining room, so we could not stay for dinner. Also the young lady which we took to be in charge of the restaurant was not what it needs. She flung the dinner menu on the table when my wife asked for one. Maybe our age did not fit within her age group.

Bed was hard on one side, soft on the other. Room overlooked what looked like an industrial estate and the kitchen extractor fan went off at 11.42pm and came on at 6.22am.

It is fairly new.

Showeroom so tiny that you could hardly bend over the cloakroom-sized washbasin. The shower tray was dirty & one door only hanging on by the upper contacts. Tea tray not replenished on second day & cups not washed up.

Good room clean, very quite at night, very nice meal and staff excellent

We stayed on a Friday night and there was live music, which was very good, but it was so loud my partner and I spent the whole evening shouting at each other to be heard above the music, which was a little bit annoying.

Was very pleased and surprised better than it looked from outside. Staff were great and the room was excellent

Modern room and good diner attached to the rooms.

The room was too hot and the bed linen was if poor quality. The shower smelt odd and all windows overlooked nasty stuff.

The hotel was conveniently located, easy to find, clean and staff very polite

The room we were allocated was very small (fair considering the reduced price) but not good if I had paid the full price. It was stone cold, apart from the heater in the shower room. There was no hairdryer or shampoo etc.

Quality of the food was quite poor considering the prices, second time ive stayed and both times quality of the food was a let down.

The inability to organise a simple thing such as a taxi. Given 2 hours notice they failed miserably- 45 minutes late, and many lies on the way " here in under 5 minutes" was the constant refrain. In the end we left and drove to our important function.

Via a late booking got an exceptional deal. An excellent stop over location with staff who are welcoming and helpful.
