On arrival at Hotel the reception was excellent, he even phoned and advised us to leave early for our show as we would possibly get caught in traffic. Staff were all very friendly. The room was lovely and bright, nice shower room toilet. Buses stop nearly at Hotel Door when coming from city centre. Short walk to bus stop going to City. |

The room was furnished quite well, clean as can be, and certainly large by London standards. |

The continental breakfast did not offer a huge selection, but what was there was very nice. 1. No in-room internet access. 2. The elevator was ridiculously small. 3. The condition of the room indicated a general lack of attention to maintenance - burned out light bulbs, a very loose toilet seat, a door lock plate that was in disrepair, a fan/AC that did not seem to work. 4. The night desk clerk seemed more interested in watching Youtube videos and playing games than in monitoring the security cameras and the comings and goings of people at the hotel. |

Staff were polite, the room was clean and breakfast good. Our room had windows which could not be closed and were filthy due to the ivy growing all over them. |

The room was very nice decorated Late breakfast (started only 7:30) for business travelers who has to leave the hotel early for meetings. Even though I asked when checking in to have an early breakfast, I was told it was not possible. |

The hotel was very quiet and well located. The breakfast was pretty good. The bathroom had been renovated and it was always very clean. The carpet wasn't stained. The safe located in the room stopped working after a few days when the batteries died. However, the hotel did not have the proper key to remove the batteries' cover in order to replace them. As a result, we couldn't use the safe. |

Location was good, quiet and near to transport Hotel staff not very helpful especially at reception. Rooms can be hot in summer months. I was there in September which was not too bad. |

I felt safe and comfortable as a female travelling on my own. It is very simple but great value, I enjoyed breakfast! I would prefer to have natural daylight in my room |

The hotel has a great location and the rooms are modern and comfortable - ideal for a short visit to the capital The Pakistani receptionist was very friendly but the other lady (east European?) was quite surly and was not welcoming. |

Location, room was new, kitchen (fridge, microwave etc.) was nice, breakfast ok. The double bed was far too small for two persons, room was a bit unfinished - for example, there were not any hooks or hangers for clothes, not so well cleaned. |
