central location dirty carpets, serviced room = make bed and nothing else, dirty cups were left uncleaned, no tea towel provided for guest, maintenance has been neglected - some lights not working, fittings in ensuite were loose, toilet seat too small for average adult, breakfast room inadequate, breakfast included with tarrif was pathetic, not much good to report |

The location was excellent and the staff friendly. There was no bar although one was advertised, the mini bar held a total of 4 drinks ,water, cola, sprit & red bull and a kit-kat! Breakfast was very limited. |

Everything was pretty good: convenient location, breakfast, helpful staff. The room was being cleaned every day. . I lived in single room and there was no windows. It's unacceptable. I agree not to open them but at least to see the day light every morning... |

Location and breakfast. The receptionists were not very helpful, they could not even find Buckingham Palace on the map. The room was quite small but just for sleeping was ok. |

Nothing- this hotel was discusting and should be visited by envoironmental health and work out how to produce receipts. The hotel room was a tiny basement room with a very small window. Everything in there was absolutely filthy including what looked to be blood stains on the carpet. The electricity went off for three hours which I understand is something that is outside of the hotels control but this was the final straw. |

The location is ok. The staff from the reception has to be trained how to interact with the tourists. No "Welcome!" when we arrived, no maps and suggestions for London, etc... |

Quite central not far from Baker Street. Looked good in the pictures on the internet; my room turned out to be a little bit shabby - dirty carpet, a broken lamp hanging loosely from the wall, air condition didn't really work, dirty hair dryer (!), couldn't switch on the telly, mattress not really comfy... I'm getting used to these sort of things in London though; it seems there are no affordable refurbished hotels. |

bed was comfortable the noise....no air conditioning working, so had to open window onto the what seemed the busiest street in London, couldnt sleep at night with noise. The shower as well as air conditioning did not work. Booked room for 3 people and got two towels and two pillows. Asked for more, staff didnt seem interested. Went for breakfast at 9.45am (served until 10am) nothing left, no milk, juice, yoghurt... |

The hotel is extremely central and is very clean. It is really ideal for a shopping trip to london it is also very reasonable The breakfast was not great and was in a small room with no one talking -it was a little uncomfortable to be honest and the choice was very limited however the nights stay was brilliant other than this one flaw |

Room and linen were clean. Windows did not open and were double and opaque and seemed to face a wall directly. It felt very claustrophobic. I was told I had to upgrade, at my cost, to get a room with windows that opened. |

It had the basics reauired for a night away from home, a bed, a kettle and a shower. The room was characterless, which made it difficult to not notice the large stains ont he carpet. The walls arre paper thin and I was subjected to the grunts and groans of the early morning activities of the couple next door. |
