9 Hertford Street  

It is cozy, very central place next to 2 underground stations

Staff was very nonprofessional, we were completely messed with another couple and got dirty smoked room.Next day we got our room and were happy, but all furnitures and decoration were not new at all.Hotel needs to do same renovation.

Located in Mayfair and rather than just being a hotel room it was an actual apartment with large lounge, dining area and kitchen. Great location near the Ritz Hotel, Langan's restaurant, Wolseley retaurant and all the other shops in the West End. It's just inside the Congestion Charge but they have their own garage for parking which at 15 Pounds a day was ideal.

Luxurious home from home

It is an excellent choice if one plans to spend more than a couple of days in London. You are made to feel like at home in an elegant and comfortable environment, located in our favorite area. Good staff at reception.

Lack of housekeeping during week-ends and holidays. We stayed during the Easter weekend, so it was four days without service.

We were able to walk to a majority of London's key sites. It was also in a non touristy area so traffic was low. The apartment itself was wonderfully accomodating. I will only return to 9 Hertford Street on my next trip to London.

The only difficulty was attempting to get our car into the car park. A few 20 point turns and we were in. But it had a car park and we didn't use our car once during our stay so unless you have monster car you'll be fine.

Undoubtedly it´s location next to Hyde Park, Picadilly.., and we felt like home also the staff were very friendly.

Situation : au coeur de Londres, à 5 mn maxi à pied du bus ou métro, sans compter les taxis toujours présnets, accès rapide aux principaux monuments, grands magasins, musées, théatres ou autres curiosités londoniennes, et ce, dans un quartier calme et chic. Espace de l'appartement et son équipement qui mettent à l'aise et permettent de se reposer quand on veut si on le souhaite (pas de bruit même en pleine journée). Accueil de tout le personnel sans exception, fort sympathique et discret, il vous rend la vie facile. Contribue grandement à rendre le séjour agréable sans fausse note. En résumé : on s'y sent très bien, et la formule appart-hôtel est un plus pour nous. Prix très correct (excellent rapport Qualité - Prix : Qualité = accueil, service, propreté, situation dans Londres Si nous retournons à Londres nous ne chercherons pas ailleurs.

Je ne vois pas ? Tout allait vien pendant toute la semaine

Em um apartamento bem mobiliado de 56 m2 a sensação é de estar em casa. As funcionalidades de cozinha completa e lava roupas oferece uma boa alternativa para famílias que estadia prolongada. Muito próximo ao Shepherd Market (diversos restaurantes, bares e mini mercados) em Mayfair. Excelente.

Gostamos de tudo. Os funcionários são muito receptivos e atenciosos. E falam português! Isidro é da Ilha da Madeira.

Die Lage des Hotels - May Fair - war hervorragend ! Die Wohnung ging zum Hinterhof raus und war angenehm ruhig.

Die erste Nacht mussten wir im falschen Zimmer verbringen (vorne zur Straße raus (laut) ohne Balkon). Umzug am nächsten Tag war umständlich und hätte man unsere Buchung gleich richtig umgesetzt wäre der Umzug überflüssig gewesen. Preisanpassung für die erste Nacht erst nach Verhandlung. Wir waren nicht die einzigen Gäste, die derartige Unannehmlichkeiten hatten. Bei der Preisklasse ausgesprochen unprofessionell. Das Hotel war überheizt. Nur in der Nacht kühlte es derart stark ab dass man fror. Schade !
