The welcome was extremely friendly and the free upgrade fantastic, (the jacuzzi shower - WOW!!) This hotel is ideal for access to the city centre with a 10 minute walk. Breakfast was second to none with nothing too much trouble. Will definitely be booking again. Loved it !!!!!!!!!
Liked everything, good welcome, friendly staff, immaculately clean, we didn't have time to eat during the evening but the menu looked good. Friendly bar area, and a lovely breakfast. We only stayed the one night and were very impressed, this standard desn't happen by accident, and is obviously down to hard work. Would recommend this hotel to anyone, dont delay!
I loved everything about this hotel very friendly staff owners so welcoming I would definitely stay again and would recommend to my friends foods fantastic
There's absolutely nothing to dislike it's so cosy
Staff Cleanliness of all rooms Location Breakfast choice
Staff friendly and hotel was very clean through out and the quality of the breakfast was superb.
Staff very helpful, lovely clean room, spacious bar and breakfast area, great location, we would return if visiting Wolverhampton again.
The food was amazing; both dinner and breakfast are worth a visit for.
Courtesy and friendliness in staff Felt really welcome Food excellent A breakfast to die for with a magic choice of fruit and wonderful sausages.
from start to end we were looked after with warm efficiency. Everything you need great rooms, nice bar, nice restaurant and most amazing breakfast. Free parking - spotless throughout. Owners and staff just make it look so simple to run a hotel but the hard work they put in behind the scene must be immense.. Just wish I had more reasons to visit Wolverhampton . Great location for city centre - Civic Hall etc
nothing at all - not one thing..
Friendly helpfull good food
Helpful staff Standard of room Fabulous breakfast Great location
Restaurant - good food and great value Staff - friendly and helpful Comfortable room
Lovely hotel, staff couldn't have been more helpful. Would definitely recommend and go back
The location was excellent plus the food. Staff were very helpful.
Very friendly and welcoming staff Great rooms Very clean Excellent breakfast
Perfect location. Quiet neighbourhood. Easy walk to center of Wolverhampton (15 minutes). Very friendly host, hostess and personel. Great clean room. Cozy little bar. Very tasty and large breakfast.
Nothing at all.
Family run, so very personal service and felt valued as a customer. The food was excellent and great breakfast choice, including daily smoothy. The bed was a good size, although not the softest of mattresses.
Towels were not a good quality and were not bath sheets There were not any bathrobes and slippers as per the information Parking was difficult
Staff were extremely friendly and couldn't do enough. The hotel was beautiful and the location, perfect. The facilities were state of the art and very convenient. The owners were a lovely couple and we actually spent hours talking and having great conversation which made me feelat home and like I'd known them forever. Which is nice since I was on my own. The food menu was like a master cheff menu and the food arrived fresh in the morning. Breakfast, to say it was included was out of this world.
I didn't like the fact that I couldn't stay longer. Perfect.
Proximity to city center. Staff were lovely, and we were made to feel very welcome. Next to the "west park" which is brilliant.
There is no bar...there is a seating area where 2 people can sit when waiting to go to the restaurant. The bed is no match to the bed you get in any Premier Inn. As a converted house the walls are thin and there is lots of noise from other guests. The shower would be comfortable for a size zero model.
A warm welcome and very friendly staff in a well presented period hotel.
For a visit to Wolverhampton this is a great location
The bathrooms were all compact -shower only with complicated controls (all singing all dancing so to speak) and a risk of slippery floors - not easy for the 'geriatric'.
The food. The staff.
We liked everything about our stay. However, what made it outstanding was that the proprietor didn't just give us directions to our venue for the evening, he walked with us as far as the main road and directed us from there. We were very impressed.
Location Breakfast Lovely staff
Bed only a double and would've preferred king size
This was the third time this year that I've stayed here and, once again, it didn't disappoint. This was mainly because of the excellent, friendly and efficient staff - well led from the top, I suspect. Excellent choice at breakfast of fresh fruit buffet, croissants or the full cooked. I haven't tried the restaurant but it does do very tasty snacks. Clean, warm and comfortable (executive) with good shower. A hidden gem!
Nothing - I've booked again already.
