Claire would bend over backwards to make sure your stay was perfect. Her breakfasts were the best ever. The room was very large and clean which made our stay very special.

A lovely bed and breakfast, with some great touches. If you like to avoid the hotel chains and fancy avoiding the city, you should stay here. Claire and her family make you feel like a guest in their home.

Clare was very warm and welcoming and room comfortable and clean.Made to feel at home. Lovely extra touches.including cake upon arrival.

There is nothing we did not like. Just be aware that you will need a car.

Wonderful breakfasts and home baked cake in room for each of our 8 days stay! The owner was so friendly and helpful at all times. The room was great and the house was in a lovely location. There was a lot of storage space which was useful for our long stay.

Our only complaint would be the bath towels, which were a bit hard sometimes (but not always.......????)

La chambre d'hôte est située a environ 15 miles d'Edimbourg.Il y'a un parking relais pour se garer à 5mn de la maison ce qui est très pratique pour aller à Edimbourg. C'est une magnifique maison , les chambres familialles sont immenses et extrêmement confortables.Les chambres et sanitaires sont très propres. Notre hôtesse Claire est pleine d'attention pour ses invités, et le pdj est très complet. Je le recommande vivement, le prix vaut très largement la qualité des prestations. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir et le recommandons à nos amis qui souhaitent aller à Edimbourg.

- Claire is very friendly and gives you a warm welcome, she immediately helped us find a place to eat in the neighbourhood and gave us information about the best and closest Park and Ride to Edinburgh. - You can choose your breakfast hour yourself (in many B&B's you have to come down at one specific hour and we liked this better) - Very luxurious and tasty breakfast, there's a whole range of choices (e.g. smoked salmon, fresh fruit and croissant, full scottish,...) - There was home-made cake as a 'present' in our room every day and it was delicious! The first day we also got a dram of whisky.

Alles, Zimmer und Service perfekt! Familienzimmer überaus gut ausgestattet, mit Büchern, Spielen, Kuchen und Whisky zum Empfang. Claire ist sehr freundlich, das Frühstück war exzellent.

Wenn jemand Angst vor Hunden hat, ist das Haustier der Familie etwas einschüchternd.
