The standard of accommodation, location and facilities, decoration was modern and clean, nice view from balcony. Large tv with built in freebies was fabulous!

Not much! A slightly larger bed would have been nice but I can't really fault the stay

Parking problem +++ Apartment was very dark and balcony opens onto an inner courtyard with no views.

Specific information about location of bins - where are they? General info that they're on ground floor but where? No mirror light in bathroom.

Very spacious modern apartment. Everything you could think of - was provided. Very clean and decorated to high standard. Staff very helpful indeed, calling to check I was on way as delayed to arrange collection of keys - excellent service and comfortable stay. I will definately plan another stay! Thanks. ;0)

Unslightly white stains on settee cushions - needs cleaning! Balcony Doors both need attention as not sealing properly to shut out road noise and drafts. Recommend a grab rail and internal slip mats for baths/showers.

Well-equipped, clean and spacious apartment with an excellent location.

Check in process was not clear on booking but worked out fine once the contact number provided was called. I think the booking website suggested that on-site parking was available.

Absolutely loved my stay, hope yo return soon. My partner usually lives in Kent and we thought we would check out Cardiff a bit. Had a great stay, friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Spacious and modern. Bed was very comfortable. Tv is massive and great for sitting down and watching a movie after a hard days shopping.

Some slight niggles, nothing that bothered us greatly, a crack on the bathroom wall, bit of dust on the cabinets and a broken door handle on the chest of drawers, nothing that I could complain about but I'm sure others would criticize about.

The rooms were fantastic, on par with a £2000 luxury apartment in London. The staff were helpful but left you to get on with your stay, the way it should be. The location (directly opposite the Welsh Millennium Centre) could not be any better. I am truly converted to the serviced apartment way of holidaying,hurry up and open more in more locations.

Spacious flat with comfortable sized living room. Very clean and smartly prepared. Parking not included, but there was an hours free parking on Bute street opposite (ish) and then it was quite cheap to park all day. Free at night. Quayside apartments' location is excellent for walking to the restaurants and bars. Small shops next door for emergencies like salt and milk.

This was only a 1 bedroom flat so I should have expected it would have been a bit crowded for 5 of us for dinner. There was a table and 4 chairs and a 3 seater settee. I had to ask for more crockery and there was only the bear minimum in cooking utensils. So if you intend to invite people over check there are enough chairs etc or book a larger flat - although that will double the rate.

The luxury and use of high end furnishings, I stay in lots of serviced apartments all over the country and this one was one of my favorites so far. No interuptions I enjoyed it very much. So much I extended my stay!

The collecting keys from a restaurant and finding the building was very difficult. A 24hr meet and greet service would be helpful or better instructions/service. I called to ask to extend my stay, this was unpleasant. No discount off full rate offered I booked via comparison site instead, advice would have been useful as next place by same company was awful. This could have been avoided with better service from phone operator I feel. I can't wait to return to quayside despite no parking. Highly recommend it but I don't as I want it for myself. I would move in tomorrow as it is lush!

I liked the room and the location

I hated that there was very little sound insulation between the room and the corridor I also hated that none of the overhead door closers were adjusted properly so all night I had to listen to doors banging which ruined my stay.

beautiful apartment

It was very modern, clean and had everything we needed. It was in a great location, so close to everything and a bus stop on our doorstep where you could catch the bus that ran every 15mins to the city centre. It was so relaxing we were gutted when we left!!! We loved it and will definately be staying again...and will be staying longer next time!!!

The lady was late arriving to let us into our appartment so we had to wait around for about 20mins, she was very appologetic though. Maybe it would be an idea to have offices in the building/nearer the building.
