A Space In The City Swansea  

The apartment was very cosy, clean, nicely located in the city not far from supermarket and mall and just about 5 mins walk from the beach. Parking was free which was a plus. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was very good, clean and tidy. Nice view to the city also it is located in the city center. The pickup keys structures was clear as I arrived after 6pm I picked up the keys from another location which is around 500m.

The only one drawback is that there wasn't enough toilet paper as the only one in the bathroom was in its end. Anyway it didn't cost my a lot to buy toilet paper from the 99p store.

the location was excellent for town centre shopping and night life,and a underground car park which is shared with travel lodge which is next door

at night you could here an air conditioning system running from both bed rooms from the shopping centre's rear delivery yard,and also the westmister chimes from the church. the only thing else is there's a no cancelation policy or refund if you change your mind.

Excellent location perfect for proximity to Gower

A minor detail but needed a mirror in both bedrooms and maybe a little more cutlery.

Easy acess and exit to and from secure free parking onto main roads. Spacious lounge area and all mod cons.

Occasional disturbances from late night revellers 'out on the town'.

Great location, very helpful manager and well equipped apartment. If you are travelling with a child and need a kitchen but do not want to miss out on sea view or want a beach at the footsteps of the place, this would be ideal.

I liked the location of the flat and had hoped that I would get the comforts of home rather than staying in a hotel

I was very surprised that inspite of charging premium price for the flat the appliances in the flat had not been checked and the microwave was not working. This ment that all the microwaveable food that I had brought had to be thrown away! Was not happy with this, also was not happy that the contact person from space in the city would not answer my calls when he realised the reason I was calling him. In the end on the day I was leaving he did bring a replacement microwave but this was of course 4 days too late for me!

Point of contact very friendly and available! Very efficient! Very clean apartment! And the marina view was lovely!

I loved the wow factor ! Luxury, modern, great views over the marina. The beach if fabulous and just 2 min, there is also a really good swimming complex across the road that has water chutes etc. The shopping centre is also within 5 min walk. The apartment itself has everything you could possibly want. It is very well run and nothing is to much trouble. Laura (guest services) gave me some very helpful advice as I was driving up from Essex to visit my dad in hospital. It meant that I could go straight to the hospital and collect the keys much later. Brilliant.

The location was perfect and the apartment was clean, modern and well equipped. We will definitely stay again - we high recommend the apartments.

Fin leilighet. Godt utstyrt. Fin beliggenhet.

Kunne vært bedre rengjort. Manglet en del lyspærer. En dyne i dobbelt seng er noe komfortabelt. Surr med å få nøkler når vi kom til Swansea sent på kvelden.

Did'nt really like where it was situated. Was very noisy outside. We got there and hadn't been informed that there would be no one there to get the keys. Luckily the hotel next door knew who the caretaker was and rang him. He did'nt take long to come and was very helpful.

Loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom. The view was good,very convenient for the marina,beach etc.brilliant Italian restaurant just across the road

Central location, good shops and restaurants close by. A great space to relax after a busy day/night. All mod cons and very clean. Parking designated under the building was a plus. Cleaning products supplied with tea/coffee and condiment sachets to get you started. Met promptly on arrival despite being delayed by the closure of the M4. Would Stay here again, but will try the Marina Apartments next time.

No mirror near a electrical socket for drying hair. A bit noisy, traffic, bars, music etc, but did not spoil our weekend break.

A very pleasureable place to stay

The fact that it was an apartment rather than just one room made the stay a lot more comfortable and flexible.

The location was fantastic - downside of that was that it was very noisy at night with the nightlife on the doorstep and then cleaners out at 5am!

The apartment smelled of poor drains and was noisy at night due to traffic and late night revellers. Police had to attend in force one night to break up a substantial group of youths who were fighting outside the appartment complex.
