This is one of the best place to stay in Cardiff
Lovely studio apartment with a balcony and a view over the river. Nice décor and very comfortable. Will definitely go for apartments rather than hotels from now on.
Tv was placed bad in terms of watching it in bed.
Loved the location and the space in the apartment
Few issues with housekeeping. The kitchen tap was very loose, the patio door on e open would notice again.
Location excellent. Near cardiff bay fair ground. Close to shopping centeres.
Parking space. Although it is assigned to me other cars keep parking in it ! Curtain in the living room was broken. Carpet was not very clean.
Space in the property, location.
Very poor property management company, pool closed on site but not advised in advance, filthy washing machine, dirty blinds, salad drawer missing from fridge, 2 days to get Internet working!
The scenic view
Swimmingpool out of order. This were why we choosed this appartment. The first day,the kitchen was not equiped. Had to sleep first night in the sofa in the livingroom because of the heat. Day without complaining you knew what it was like.A nice man came and fixed the window in the sleepingroom, it was possible to sleep in bedroom, because we now could get air from the window. Day 2. Another nice man came with kitchen equipment, we cooked home first day, but because of missing equipment to Cook we decided to go out eating day2. The bad thing is that you must have known. I asked the lady who gave us the key were to find the swimmingpool, she said something about the international swimmingpool. Nonsens, our grandchild had been looking forward to swimmingpool.
Location was good.
It took about 1/2hr for staff to arrive to show us where we were to park and the accommodation. We were asked to park in a particular car space as other residents have their own parks. Everytime we came back to park, someone else was in our car park. (Don't know what the big deal was). There was no air conditioning and I didn't like the bed double bed was up against the wall.
Very clean and roomy, and a very high standard of accomodation. Loved it
Location and view of the apartment
Fantastic space for live! Big room, well equipped and value of money! We love it!
The view over the riverview from the balcony. The close proximity to Cardiff Bay 10minutes walk. The secure parking and reserved space.
Not being able to vacuum daily without resorting to a service charge. Needs updating and kept to a higher standard of cleanliness and freshness (stale smells from previous occupants cooking Indian or Asian food)
Facilities very clean and comfortable.
No tea towels , or extra bin bags.
Position, size, facilities, comfort
Could have provided a few basic items that short stay guests not likely to have e.g. Wahing up liquid, salt and pepper. Also could do with a shaving/make up mirror in bathroom. Charge for parking should be included and late arrival charge exorbitant.
The mattress is uncomfortable the spring isnt good on the back.
There were alive earwigs in the apartment
Great apartments, only a 10 minute walk to the bay. Would definitely stay again! Fantastic!!
exceptionally well stocked kitchen. clean also had a minor glitch with the internet - an issue which was addressed and fixed immediately.
nothing comes to mind
Good layout of the apartment. The location was good, within easy walking of Cardiff City and Cardiff Bay.
The on site Gym and Pool facility was closed for that month, we're not advised until after booking.
Good location, 10 minute walk to Mermaid Quay or 15 minutes to city centre. The apartment complex itself does look quite nice and I would probably stay there again but pay for a higher standard apartment
Apartment looked nice on first impression, but soon noticed it was starting to look shabby. The sofa was quite worn and the curtains were very thin - as outside was lit up all night it was difficult to sleep. Kitchen was reasonably well equipped but the cutlery and crockery was mismatched and of very poor quality - I had booked a 'Deluxe apartment ' so would be quite concerned what a standard one would be like!! Bed was VERY soft
The space and comfort of the apartment.
The balcony had no furniture so we couldn't sit outside - the windows were dirty too. One evening, in the car park, young men sat in a car playing very loud music etc. - a little unsettling.
Central location. Comfortable beds.
Couldn't contact staff with after office time arrival. WiFi wasn't paid up to operate. Toilets required work to make them operate. Toaster did not work properly. Dishwasher wasn't emptied from previous occupants and smelt. Bedside table light bulb had blown and wasn't replaced.
Nice place. Recommend to everyone.
