staff, price, location, cleanliness
Proximity to Acton main line station
No towels, coffee making FAC, Internet or headboard! Prob clean but so scruffy it was hard to tell
The hotel was extremely dirty
price, clean sleeping bunk, relace the bad bunk everyday.
Room is very small, the device is old, TV is old and small.
After you understand how the buses and underground work it's easy to arrive and leave the hotel. The price is nice comparing to another places.
The staff wasn't very nice. The hotel is a little bit old and the bathdroom is very small as the room in general. In the breakfast they just asked tea ou coffee and then served 2 toasts per person and didn't care if you desired anything else.
Nothing in that hotel to like
it was awful
The price, which is unheard of for an en suite room in London. The window that opened. The supermarket and ATM nearby. Most of all, it's a short walk to Acton Main Line station which gets you to Paddington tube station in 11 minutes. The city is right there.
The lavatory seat came off. The cleaner did not pick up the rubbish three days running. I could have talked to staff about this - they are very friendly - but I couldn't be bothered! There was building noise, but I had ear plugs. And that's why it was £35, natch.
easy check in and in good location for train service
I had booked tickets to West End Show with my Son and was looking for overnight accomodation close to Theatre. The room was very crampt and the walls were discoloured with dampness. After Show I returned key and requested to Cancel room as it was not fit for purpose! The Website claimed Hotel was recently refurbished and the pics showed basic but clean rooms. Very dissapointed and waiste of Money for room I only spent 5 mins in
Breakfest wasn´t possible even one hour earlier (we went really early to the airport (7:00 am)). Stuff was unfriendly, even couldn´t speak very well english. The equipment of the room was very old and the air in the room was wet. When we wante to go to sleep, there were really noisy people running around our room, shouting, laughing and making noise. We were really glad in the morning, that we can go away.
Rooms are well kept but the general state is dirty. May be just a coincidence, but was bitten by bugs and developed a nasty rush over my body just after my stay...
cheap private rooms in calm location
helpful stuff, next to bus stop
Price was good for London. Links to city centre was easily accessible. Staff were accommodating and linens were clean and beds were comfortable.
There was no bedside table, furniture was in bad repair, en suite was small and floor was always wet. There was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room and breakfast was limited to toast and tea/coffee.
Only the staff is good
This hotel is non comfortable and very dirty , on top of that the price is very hight compared with the poor quality which it has
Just about everything
continental breakfast - worst coffee in the world
don't expect any frills but it is cheap for a non-hostel in west London and ideal for someone working in London during the week
Noisy building work going on being earplugs
There is a bus stop very near the hotel.
no lift. far from city. the room is really small.
Silent place in cottage suburb. Small hotel
quiet complicated way to hotel from the center of London or airport
