The reason we chose this place (not a hotel) was the price and the location. There were no other hotel that provides bathroom and breakfast with the price they offer. Hotel staff are not kind. They dont care about the customers. There is never a person at the reception. Rooms are very very small and dirty, remote control of the tv didnt work. The bed they give as " double bed " is so small, it is like a single bed. The breakfast they provide is very little. Just 4 little slice of bread with a very little butter and jam and coffee/tea . You cant even get another small butter. You cant put as much milk as you want to your coffee cuz they dont give you enough. And the last thing is that the photos of the rooms and the restaurant shown here on booking.com are not the photos of the hotel. They dont belong to " a to z ". The photos look nice here and thats why we chose this hotel but actually those photos do NOT belong to the " a to z" hotel. We have been cheated ! The reality is absolutely different ! This place called a to z is the worst place i have ever stayed and i couldnt wait to leave the hotel.

The price is fair enough. Bed sheet is surprisingly clean. It is more Mumbai than London. The staff isn't friendly and nice at all. The carpet so dirty, the lavatory is too tiny and lots of hair is found in the shower. One thing I'm pretty sure, don't bring your girlfriend there, she will dump you the moment you step in.

The location was alright and it was cheap. The room was poorly equipped, wonky bed, dust on surfaces, no kettle. The breakfast was nothing comperable to other, even cheaper hostels. Staff's attitude was suggesting they were not interested at all. The en- suite bathroom was a joke, so small that you couldn´t wash your hands when having the door closed. And above all lot there was a unforgetable smell throughout the hotel.

price really cheap. staff is friendly and polite. Good to stay for solo traveller in this plice. 3min walk from acton main line stations, in quiet areas. if you want to stay in more fancy one, choose nice hostel. if you want to have a own room, choose A to Z hotel. you can not find this price hotel in close to London's. Very cheap, with towel, TV, central heating. If the hotel has wifi, it would be great.

Cheap accommodation, friendly staff, 40 minutes' walk to Chiswick where I had to work for two days. Grim area, small dirty room, thin walls (all noises from the corridor were in my room), faulty radiator (was too cold one night and too cold the other). The tube is 20-30 minutes' walk in quite a grim area. The only advantage is price, but what you get is extremely basic. Friendly staff, though. They gave me a kettle although it wasn't included in the room facilities, and were always ready to help with directions.

Okay location and the room was clean Only one shower in whole building for non-ensuite guests, no internet, breakfast says unlimited - but that's only for Jam & Butter! For the same money you can easily get all of the above and a nice clean hotel!

What a dump. I had to buy Mr Muscle sink and drain unblocker to clear the shower drain. The room I was in had an unlevel floor. When I was laid down my head was slightly lower than my feet and the bed tilted to the right. There were no headboards so the wall stopped the pillow from falling off the bed. This prevented me from lying in the opposite direction so that my head would have been higer than my feet. The place is run by Pakistanis or others of that ilk. Their English is virtually impossible to understand and they don't seem interested in doing anything when you make a complaint.

The location is good, its a 10 min walk to the tube else ride the bus. The room did its job, a secure and clean place to sleep at night. Dont expect anything more than that. You can park your car nearby for free I will be using it again
