There is nothing good in this hotel. There was no breakfast as stated by online booking, no internet, no towls. The hot water was like drop by drop so I was not able to take shower. The receptionist was not friendly enough to and his English was bad with Indian accent. There is no reception at night, so if you come at night to get inside, you would not been able to get inside the hotel It is wasting money to stay in this place. I will never ever recommend you to stay in this hotel because it is very dirty and not comfortable. Please, do not believe a to z hotel statement on the web that they provide you with internet and breakfast and so on because you will never ever get that in this hotel.

The staff was very responsive to any request, so stop complaining about the towels, they'll give all the towels you want! The price was Excellent and the area was quiet, and Bus 266 stops right next to the Hotel then you can take it to either Hammersmith Bus station or to North Acton Underground.

Price... It wasn't as terrible as is described by other reviews. If you are the kind of traveller who just wants a bed to arrive and will spend the whole day in the city, this place is enough. Is far from the city, and it isn't so clean really.

Price. Clean bathroom, hot water. Clean and new bedding. Awfully noisy ventilation from the shop on the ground floor. All but 2 electrical lights did not work, as well as tv. There were no kettle, no tea and coffee. Tv and kettle were brought on the 2nd day after we requested them. Breakfast should include more then bread.

I chose this hotel because of the price and because I wanted to see "real" London, not just the tourist spots, and it's safe to say that mission was accomplished. This hotel is very basic and affordable. We got new towels every day, the room was cleaned daily and when we told the staff the tv didn't work, they fixed it the following day. We also liked that the staff gave us the keys to the front door so we could come and go as we wanted. The 266 bus stops right in front of the hotel, which makes it easier to get to the more central areas of London. The rooms are extremely small, and the bathroom's so tiny you can't turn around in there. The carpet's not very clean. But what bothered me the most was the location. This is not your classic London tourist area: it's quite dodgy and as a woman I wouldn't feel at ease walking around there at night (even if the 266 bus made things easier). I'd go back to a to z if it wasn't located in this area.

Cheap hotel within walking distance to the underground The service was not good. We tried to get in contact with the reception for 20 minutes and the staff was not particularly helpful. The continental breakfast with "unlimited toast" was two slices of bread and a cup of tea.

Good value, will use again. It suited our business needs; we wanted reasonably priced accomondation for 3 and many other hotels would have required 2 rooms to be paid for, which was outside our budget. Thank goodness there are hotels like this in London.

I liked that the place was close to acton town which is just bus ride away from london city. It had a nice shower! I was not happy that when i called to confirm my booking they told me that i would have a tv with freeview but instead i got a old tv that did not work well i got around 3 channels that were scribbly. the breakfast included was just tea and toast, not a real breakfast!

Price and relatively calm surroundings. Other than the relative low price, I cannot recommend this. The mattrace was horrid, I asked them for another room, that was a bit better but still with springs in it. North Acton Tube Station is too far away (about 15 mins walking). Bathrooms was a cabin where I needed to watch out for pouring water because the water then drains onto the Indian Food Shop in the building. The Food shop is the place where you have breakfast, but toast and jam can hardly be called breakfast. The staff will ask you for money uprfront, be careful.

“Lovely modern apartment, good quality fixtures and fittings. Had everything required although didn't need to use dishwasher or washing machine. Appliances such as hob and microwave needed a little figuring out how to use as I couldn't find any instructions, but not a major problem. Apartment was clean and quiet. Comfortable bed, slept very well. En suite very nice. Tesco nearby Earls Court tube station about 6-8minutes walk for me.” Julie, Padiham Lancashire |
