Abbey Court Hotel (Hyde Park)

Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό, το προσωπικό ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό, το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε καλή περιοχή, κοντά σε σταθμό τρένου.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν αρκετά μικρό.

Καλή αίθουσα πρωϊνού με διάκοσμο από ένα μεγάλο ενυδρίο και πολύ γρήγορο προσωπικό εξυπηρέτησης

Τα δωμάτια, πολύ μικρά που δεν χωράνε 2 βαλίτσες στο δίκλινο. Χωρίς ψυγείο και πληκτρολογιο τηλεόρασης με μικρό πολύ μπάνιο που δεν έχει ζεστό νερό τις πρωινές ώρες και με πολύ μεγάλη φασαρία από τις διπλανές πόρτες που χτυπάνε με αυτόματους μηχανισμούς την ώρα που κλείνουν πολύ δυνατά. Με αποτέλεσμα να ξυπνάς τις βραδινές ώρες χωρίς να το θες.

The staff was friendly, the hotel itself was very well maintained, the location was good - proximity to Paddington tube station

There was no hairdryer in my room and there was only one iron that was for common use (the same for the hairdryer I guess)

The staff were wonderful. The breakfast was great.

The rooms were quite hot and the radiator was never turned on. Perhaps a ceiling fan or other fan would help.

The hotel is situated at a very privileged position. It has a very nice external look, and a very nice reception space. However, the corridors, and the rooms are the smallest I have ever seen. I could hardly find space to open my suitcase and there was no space to hang my suit (the cupboard was 40 cm wide and 40 cm deep). I would only recommend this hotel for a quick in and out. It is depressing to stay in the hotel.

Hotel means first of all a room. Since the rooms are so small and uncomfortable (I could not bend to wash my feet in the shower - no space), so what can I say. Perhaps a good idea is to restructure the whole inside of the hotel with larger rooms, and charge a higher price.

The shower was very small.The breakfast was disgusting.

location - easy access to the tube. Quiet area of london. felt safe. clean and tidy room. Courteous staff.

The bathroom was tiny - shower - no bath. Rooms need updating. Breakfast was poor in terms of choice, though food was ok, a lack of variety.

The suspect cleaness of the carpet in the room, the ridicilous size of the room and the bathroom for 2 people!!!, and the breakfast (!!!!!)

we had to queue to be seated for breakfast then we had to queue again waiting for them to bring out more breakfast, terrible service

The staff were very helpful.The location was great, Metro nearby.Breakfast basic but good.Use of the internet free which is great when you don;t have a laptop!Good if on a budget.

Contrary to the brochure description,the decor was very tired.Kettle didn't work,toilet temperamental.Pillows hard.
