the main advantage is the location: close to tube and hyde park, the staff was nice room was really small but the worst thing was the bathroom! I couldn't turn around in the shower. also brekfast was very bad, cold and low quality. |

The room was so small it should not have been used as a twin room. The wardrobe was too small to hang anything longer than a shirt. The wash basin was so small and so low it was difficult to do anything without making a mess. The breakfast waspoor. There was no fresh fruit, no marmalade, only a revolting "mixed fruit jam", cold toast and rubbery eggs. The coffee was good. |

The location was the primary reason we chose this hotel. It afforded us easy access to most sites in London. The sizes of the room and bathroom were very small. |

We liked the area around the hotel and the access to pubs and cafes and the fact that it seemed to be a safe area. We also liked that it was close to Paddington Station. We did not like the fact that the rooms were so small, especially the bathroom. |

Good location for west end Poor quality buffet breakfast with little choice and slow service. Very small room with tired decor; broken television; poor quality bathroom fittings which were dirty. |

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The Hotel is situated very well - it is very easy to reach many shopping areas and turist attractions by food or by taking the tube or bus (many stations close to the hotel). The breakfast was very poor! |

I liked that they didn't charge me an arm and a leg - but it was still a little pricey for what we got. I did not like that there was a construction guy cutting tile directly outside the front entrance (and right beneath my room) at 6 AM on a Saturday morning. It seems like there might have been a better place to do that that wouldn't have woken up the entire hotel that early. |

The location was good, close to major rail and underground stations. The rooms were small and tight. The street noise was such that I asked for a room in the back of the hotel, which fortunatley they were able to accomodate. It felt more like a hostel than a hotel. |

We liked that it was close to Paddington Station for access to Heathrow Airport by train. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would recommend your hotel to our friends. The breakfast was adequate but a full english breakfast would have been good. A hairdryer in the room would have been nice. |

Clean and comfortable and very functional if a little cosy with three of us in the room.Bathroom tight for space. Breakfast was a little confusing,it was neither Continental or English, but was still tasty as well as good value being buffet style. |

Very friendly and helpful staff. No complaints at all, but would have liked there to be a licensed lounge for meeting with friends in the evening. However the room price was such good value. |
