Nothing we tried everywhere to escape but all local hotels were full. No where to get a cold drink at 11.30. rudimentary security in room and no safe facility. Reception would only secure up to 100 pounds value! The room was vile and the smell of rot and damp on the stairs was choking. This hotel is an embarrassment to the uk and the facade and reception are a mask to why lies upstairs.......hell! The smell was so bad that we did not attempt to try the inclusive breakfast and paid for it at a local bistro. Everything except location for the train home

I really enjoyed staying in Abbey Court Hotel! Everyone was very kind and helpful. The transport as really easy from Paddigton to central London. Another good thing about it is that Heathrow Express which trasfres peopele to and from the airport was about 2 minutes from the hotel! I stronglu recommend it!

I liked the location a lot and of course the staff. The rooms were minimal but afforded at least some comfort. The fact there was no bar or area to relax was a bit unfortunate. The check in was fine but it was difficult to find my room or to know which lift to take and the fact there was no reception area where one could get water or a drink was too bad. Other than that I think I would stay again for sure.

Excellent location, near Tube , lots of reasonably priced ( for London) eateries and short walk to shops and laundromat. Good breakfast. Very helpful staff . Unable to buy Telephone card at reception with credit/debit card - only cash, needed telephone card to ring Bank to get cash!

It was centrally located. We could walk to Hyde Park, Oxford Street, Soho. Tiny rooms with a tiny bed. Rooms at the basement level are even worse. Not at all worth the £100 per night we spent.

Very kind and helpful staff. Before check in, we encountered several trouble, but thanks to wonderful staff and support by booking.com, we could stay and enjoyed London! Thank you very much, Lisa! Close to Paddington station and very convenient to go to city center. In front of hotel there are several parking area with fence which is very secure and good price. Room is slightly tight and looks so so old, but other good points can cover such negative points.

The beds were comfortable the staff was very helpful and the breakefast was very good location is good very close to the tube satatoon The shower was not functioning well, in morning probably when every guest uses the shower the water was cold and hot every second abd it become immpossible to have a decent shower, sometimes there were no water at all and it was so annoying! The rooms are very very very small and you almost have no room for your luggue! One day they forgot to clean our rooms and sheets were not replaced the whole week! The towls had stains on them! Cleaning is not at its best at this hotel!

My parents got a very poor room in the basement with no natural light and very little space. The staff could not care less and showed no interest in improving these conditions.

Not much to say here, except free wifi in rooms. I have no problem paying more than 120 british pounds per night for a double room (full payment required on booking, no refundable) if I am sure to spend a pleasant stay but here unfortunately our experience was far from our expectations. Small room, tiny shower, excessive heating, late breakfast schedule but the worst was the attitude of the girl at the reception on our arrival. We had booked a tour for the next day and were required to call the company on arrival for confirmation. We kindly asked the lady to make the call for us, as we carried no cell phone. As an answer she sent us to the iconic red phone boxes operating with coins the next corner, which by the way were not working. Definitely a place to avoid.

The location was convenient and it was clean. We had a triple room and it was very outdated and cramped. The bathroom was tiny and the sink taps only managed a trickle of water.

The location was perfect , easy commute to all sights in london and a 15 minute direct heathrow express to and from airport. Plenty of places to eat and the quite safe. Breakfast was good and the staff very ready to help with our needs. It had an elevator which was great. Would stay there again on my next trip. The room was really small and the shower even smaller, but we adjusted and were fine.

I thought it was excellent value for money. It had a hint of luxury with a touch of quirky. The room we stayed in had a high ceiling and coving which gave it a touch of past glam. We had some young rather loud revellers in the room next door making noise however after a call to reception they were rung and subsequently settled down. The breakfast was great. Plenty of choice, lots of it and prompt service. I would denitely stay again.

Location The room was very small and cramped. The bed was low to the floor and not very comfortable. The tv only got BBC 1,2,3,and 4. no other channels. At breakfast no side plates available for toast, butter, marmalade. It generally felt that corners were being cut to save money e.eg No biscuits with the complimentary tea and coffee in room. Only one tea bag and one coffee sachet per person.
