The hotel reception was very nice, and the restuarant seemed nice, although we only had breakfast there. The location of the hotel to transport links and places to eat and the locality to Hyde park was excellent. The accomodation was very small and basic but fine for what we needed.

Near the train station & the Tube. Convenient to go anywhere. The room doors are so close to each other, that we can hear people talking in the hall way, coming back late at night & going out early in the morning.

Nothing we tried everywhere to escape but all local hotels were full. No where to get a cold drink at 11.30. rudimentary security in room and no safe facility. Reception would only secure up to 100 pounds value! The room was vile and the smell of rot and damp on the stairs was choking. This hotel is an embarrassment to the uk and the facade and reception are a mask to why lies upstairs.......hell! The smell was so bad that we did not attempt to try the inclusive breakfast and paid for it at a local bistro. Everything except location for the train home

The accessibility to Paddington Station was very convenient. The staff changed the ethernet connection in my room as soon as I informed the reception that I could not connect to the internet. It's good that I had free access to the internet in my room.

The hotel is conveniently located for travelllors who are arriving from the Heathrow Express. The room was extremely small and basically furnished. We may have been unlucky in the room and others may be better. It was located on the ground floor close to the computers. The passing traffic was quite noisy. The room itself was smaller than others we have used in hotels in this area. The shower was the smallest shower that we have ever experienced.

We thought the rooms were small and the shower room and hand basis very cramped. Also there was no bacon for a "British breakfast" which is unforgiveable! The reception staff, however, were very courteous and helpful.

The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable indeed. The location was also very convenient and it was a big plus that they offer the facility of the luggage room to hold your bags. We were able to go out on our last day without dragging a suitcase around after we had checked out. The reception staff were very efficient and helpful. I plan to book it again in the future and I would recommend it to friends. Breakfast was a bit chaotic so we didn't bother after the first morning, but given what we paid for the room I didn't really see this as a problem. Also, the room was very tiny, but again no problem as we only slept there and were out all day. The fact that it was clean and there was plenty of hot water and a comfortable bed more than made up for it being small.

I really enjoyed staying in Abbey Court Hotel! Everyone was very kind and helpful. The transport as really easy from Paddigton to central London. Another good thing about it is that Heathrow Express which trasfres peopele to and from the airport was about 2 minutes from the hotel! I stronglu recommend it!

This hotel is well situated - it is one street away from Paddington Station, which is very useful if you need to get to Heathrow as I did. I only stayed at Abbey Court for two nights, and I found it pleasant. The bed was very comfortable, a nice surprise! I also appreciated having tea and coffee facilities in the room. As a solo traveller, I would recommend this hotel if one is not too fussy. If you do not like small rooms, do not stay here. The room was very small for the price I paid, but this is not surprising - it is London, after all. It was in no way uncomfortable, it was just a little disappointing. The buffet breakfast had quite a few choices, but on the first morning I was one of the first people at breakfast, ten minutes after it opened, and the eggs were cold, which was disappointing. Other than that, I had a cosy stay.

Excellent, quiet location near Hyde Park and ideal for the Albert Hall where we visited for the tennis. Staff very friendly. We had a superior room on the first night (with kitchen) - very good - then moved to lower priced room which was very small (very small shower) but good value given the location. Worth paying extra if you want a better room and you could cater for yourself to save the extra money. Breakfast ok but very limited although again not bad for price. The lower priced rooms were small (the shower was very small) and the floor creaked badly. This area looked rather in need of a makeover but the hotel was very good value for city centre. If you want higher quality book a superior room here (or pay more elsewhere).

The lounge is very aristocratic. The staff is excellent. I think that the breakfast should have some cake ,biscuits. And 2 kinds of butter. I expect this for the next time because definately I shall choose the same hotel.

We only had a one night stay and found the hotel spotless, pleasant and our twin room was good for that one night. It had what we needed and with breakfast in with the price have no complaints. Staff were friendly and we enjoyed it. We would book to stay there next time we are in London. Thankyou.

Very central location just outside paddington - thought for London this was fair value for money (£89 double b&b). Booked only the night before - gota room in the basement (very dark ) but very clean - only needed for sleeping and actually turned out to be very quiet in the night! Nice pub round the corner! Breakfast not amazing but adequate - staff were all fab except the grumpy bloke on the desk at night - but then who wants to work nights! We wanted a clean room with breakfast near paddington station and thats what we got! Remember you only get what you pay for! Not a lot really to dislike - although the plughole in the sink hadnt been cleaned out (sorry pet hate!) the kettle was a bit dodgy and decaff would be good thanks!

the staff were all very friendly and efficient. the hotel is ideally placed for paddington station and is close to hyde park. the rooms are very small and not as shown in photographs. unless the "do not disturb" sign is on the door housekeeping staff call at times of the afternoon. on Sunday a member of staff knocked on the door and then opened it before we could get to it. she then apologised when she realised we were there. she had come to clean the room at 0730. breakfast was a buffet but the baked beans and the scrambled eggs were not hot.
