Very noisy. We can hear our neighbour talking. No privacy. No wifi. Need to pay GBP10 per day.
Wifi wasnt free
The hotel was clean, good, location is just perfect.
A room was a bit small, but it was not minus.
Walking distance from center, very nice area. The breakfast (at an extra charge of 5 pounds per person) was worthing it.
The room was very small, and very dark (probably for the booking.com users?). Almost without any place to put your things. The bathroom also. You could hear noises too easy from other rooms -when somebody would just walk on the room upstairs you would hear it outloud. Furthemore it was not available before 03.00 pm (however it was asked that it should be left by 11.00 am).
rooms are small Bathroom is not good
Easy check in, Clean room.
Breakfast not included. Small lift.
The heating in the room and the fact that the wi-fi was free, after all.
The single bed was a little too small.
The location was good. Just one block away from Paddington.
Nasty beds, we had to change rooms 3times due to brown stains and nasty long hairs on sheets. Very unpleasant experience.
Very good location
No very clean especially headboard bed and too small room for family!
compfertable bed clean room
Great Location. Hotel room was basic, but clean. Good value for money
I liked the price - good value for money. Would recommend to others and use again myself. Also liked the staff, the breakfast and great location
would have iked free wifi in all hotel areas. Rooms are quite smal but as we were only there to sleep, and not to hang around, it was functional.
Cheap hotel, clean & comfortable. Couldn't really fault out stay, expected rooms to be on the small side all the hotels in this area are roughly the same, but perfect for our visit. Would use this hotel again
Could hear doors opening and closing in other rooms but didn't affect our stay
LOCATION AND PARKING BREAKFAST OK
ROOM VERY SMALL
The breakfast was good
The family room was extremely small, there wasn't even space to put our bags on the floor be abuse they added an extra bed and cot to a standard double room. It was uncomfortable and the bathroom door couldn't even open all the way because the bed was in the way. The bathroom was ridiculously small and only had a shower. For young children and people like us with a baby that is not very useful. I would not recommend anyone with a family going to this hotel.
The hotel lobby is beautiful and the statues alone make the stay worth it. It is nicely convenient for the tube stations and Hyde Park is very close and very much worth a walk around. There are two lovely pubs nearby (we frequented every day!) and several restaurants which we didn't try but they looked nice! The Italian place was nice for enjoying breakfast in. There were four of us travelling two in the twin room and two in the compact room. The twin room was comfortable and a decent size although the window was directly opposite another room - there was an embarrassing moment when both parties opened their curtains at the same time.. The compact room was exactly that with very little room to do anything but walk from bed to bathroom. Both bathroom's were extremely small and in the compact room, it was hard to use the facilities and not get caught between the sink and the door! Let's just leave it at that... To conclude: a nice hotel to stay at for a few days. :)
The hotel only two minutes walk from tube station was warm and clean.
The room was quiet small
Location and the staff
Check out at 10/10.30 is ridiculous and a tenner a day for wifi is embarrassing
Location, food, staff, value for money
Central location close to tube station and Hyde park. Attractive building from the outside and inside the foyer. Clean. Good value for money. Reasonable breakfast.
When booking I requested a room on an upper floor with a view . I was given a below ground level room with a dingy view of a tiny rundown courtyard. We had a triple room which was tiny, as was the bathroom.
Concierge was most helpful when planning our trips.
Cold breakfast, cramped rooms, dated and damp smelling. You pay for what you get, I think I was overcharged here
Location was brilliant. Hotel Comfortable and clean. Breakfast plentiful. Staff friendly and helpful.
The fire alarm sounded both nights we stayed. A bit frightening.
Excellent location, beautiful foyer, heaps of nearby restaurants.
comfortable bed nice bathroom
my room was very small I kept banging my knee when I was walking round the bed.
