立地や外見はよいが、内容は下記の通り最悪。ホテルとしての基本がなってない。 1.蛇口からお湯が出ない。２、５連泊にかかわらず、言うまでシーツを代えない。３.ベッドが傾いて寝にくいのに直ぐず、きつくクレームして、やっと直したが、内部連絡の悪さが目についた。４、テレビのリモコンは設置されていなく、デポジットして借りたのは全く動かない。 |

The hotel was clean the staff were friendly. The entrance hall was beautifully decorated. The hotel and room met all our basic needs. The buffet breakfast didn't include bacon. The television in the room only provided the basic 5 channels. Would like to have seen a few more facilities. |

We like the location regarding being extremely close to Paddington Station. friendly staff. We found our rooms extemely warm. The window would not stay open in room 46. |

Checking out! The room was far too small. It was impossible to open the bathroom door more than half way because the bed was in the way. The room was far too hot with a broken window. Two nights into our stay the en-suite door jammed (I'm only glad that I wasn't inside when it happened!) The hotel staff finally offered us another room that was slightly better but still not worth the money we paid for it. The breakfast is very poor and not much choice. I would not recommend this hotel. |

the hotel is in walking distance to everything that i needed to get and the staff were very friendly the rooms were very small and hot!! |

The position was good and the car parking was useful. Staff were friendly and helpful Rooms very small, bed uncomfortable and en suite also very small. Strange choice of cooked breakfast - just sausage, scrambled egg and sausages. |

I found the hotel staff very friendly and obliging. Nothing was too much trouble. At breakfast I thought it would have been better if the waitresses had have cleared off the tables in between each course so you didn't have so many dishes on the table. The rooms lacked hair dryers. |

Very near,very short walking distance from train and tube staion (Paddington),very good breakfast,never ending coffee and juice first thing in morning very welcome No bar !!!!,luckily Pub next door !! |

Excellent position close to Undeground and Hyde Park.You can walk to Oxford st and Kennsington. Nice area quite street. Excellent value for money |

the main advantage is the location: close to tube and hyde park, the staff was nice room was really small but the worst thing was the bathroom! I couldn't turn around in the shower. also brekfast was very bad, cold and low quality. |

The room was so small it should not have been used as a twin room. The wardrobe was too small to hang anything longer than a shirt. The wash basin was so small and so low it was difficult to do anything without making a mess. The breakfast waspoor. There was no fresh fruit, no marmalade, only a revolting "mixed fruit jam", cold toast and rubbery eggs. The coffee was good. |

The location was the primary reason we chose this hotel. It afforded us easy access to most sites in London. The sizes of the room and bathroom were very small. |

We liked the area around the hotel and the access to pubs and cafes and the fact that it seemed to be a safe area. We also liked that it was close to Paddington Station. We did not like the fact that the rooms were so small, especially the bathroom. |

the staff very helpful....not to far from Paddington station/tube....overall I would recommend bring my family over! great place to stay only one thing the choice of carpet in the room I stay....the carpet doesn't match the room decor.... |

Good location for west end Poor quality buffet breakfast with little choice and slow service. Very small room with tired decor; broken television; poor quality bathroom fittings which were dirty. |
