swietna lokalizacja, mila obsluga.

po 10 godzinach zwiedzania, nic nie przeszkadzalo! mimo, ze pokoj mielismy ze sniadaniem, sniadan nie jadlam, chyba lepiej kupic cos w sklepie.

no toilets accessories (soapd has been delivered after three days, wet towels); noises from water instalations, short anti fire alarm every morning when somebody opened fire exit doors

Staff excellent, Refurbishsment great until you get to the lifts then it stops!!! our room 437 obviously not refurbished! v v basic!!

good location close to paddington station ,breakfast improved coparing with last summer

house keeping was not good ,

the main advantage is the location: close to tube and hyde park, the staff was nice

room was really small but the worst thing was the bathroom! I couldn't turn around in the shower. also brekfast was very bad, cold and low quality.

people at the reception very friendly and some of the speakes Portuguese (very useful for us).

The room is very small.Too small

We liked the area around the hotel and the access to pubs and cafes and the fact that it seemed to be a safe area. We also liked that it was close to Paddington Station.

We did not like the fact that the rooms were so small, especially the bathroom.

Good location for west end

Poor quality buffet breakfast with little choice and slow service. Very small room with tired decor; broken television; poor quality bathroom fittings which were dirty.
