Amplasarea este excelenta: la cateva minute de Paddington Station si de statiile unor autobuze care merg in centru si in alte directii de interes turistic.Zona este linistita, dar plina de restaurante si baruri. Personalul, amabil, curatenia, impecabila.Micul dejun, in sistem de bufet suedez, este bogat, daca ne referim la Londra! De altfel,in aprecierea generala a hotelului, trebuie sa tinem seama de faptul ca este situat in centrul unei mari capitale, ca este ieftin, raportat la zona.Desigur, camerele sunt mici, pot fi si zgomotoase, daca ai parte de vecini nepoliticosi, dar, incadrat la gradul sau de confort, hotelul este potrivit turistilor care au venit sa "bata" Londra de dimineata pana seara. Da, personalul sa deschida zilnic si a doua sala destinata micului dejun. Ideea de a lasa oaspetii sa astepte pe scari pentru a folosi o singura sala pentru micul dejun este penibila. |

I liked the location, breakfast, lobby design. Wi-fi is only available on the ground flour. The backyard view is terrible. It's noisy even at night. |

The staff were very helpful.The location was great, Metro nearby.Breakfast basic but good.Use of the internet free which is great when you don;t have a laptop!Good if on a budget. Contrary to the brochure description,the decor was very tired.Kettle didn't work,toilet temperamental.Pillows hard. |

Staff very helpful & friendly, great facilities in the Aspen Suites, especially for families! Great location!! Eating places close by, as is the tube stations! |

It was close to Paddington Station. I liked the fish tank in the breakfast room. Front desk service was good. The bed was uncomfortable. The room smelled funny. Breakfast food was mediocre. |

Easily accessible location and nice atmosphere. Last time I stayed here the room above had very noise floorboards which was a bit disturbing. But this time it was fine. |

breakfast bathroom very small no shampoo or Jel very run down in the rooms nothing to put things very very basic, will be ok if you only need a bed to sleep in |

The location was fantastic for underground/walk access to all London's attractions. Very easy access by train from Heathrow, important with children in tow. Family room big enough for just sleeping which was all we required. Bathroom bit small but understandable in old building. Little stuffy but OK at time we visited, September. |

Room was extremely small. It was too small even for single, and they are selling it under double. Ti had a smallest TV I've ever seen with no remote control. Breakfast was terrible. We were lucky we stayed only two nights, because the room was right next to elevator which was very noisy. |

Pretty okay for a London Hotel. Good location. Stay away from the sausages!! Really bad sausages for breakfast. Very, very slow elevator. |

The location near Paddington and Lancaster Gate tube stations was good. The staff were helpful and spoke good english. The choice and quality of the breakfast was not good. On the Sunday morning we queued down the stairs to get into the breakfast room. The scrambled egg ran out, the sausages were a very cheap variety, and there was only one choice of jam. |
