The only reason I would stay at this hotel again is because it is close to the bbc studios I found that not having any Tea or coffee making facility in the room very upsetting I would give this hotel 0 out of 10.Plus one other thing that it was a cold December day and no heating was and with a window which Would not close didn't make it any better but owing to the fact I was there for only one night I did not mentioning anything to the proprietor

Friendly staff. Brilliant that you can park car safely just 10 mins walk away. Was easy to get to and close to train station and huge mall right opposite. Comfortable room and beds. Could do with a bit spent updating it, had to hold shower head as it couldn't be fixed but didn't worry me just for an overnight stay.

Stayed at the Abbey Hotel Sept 2011. The only hotel I have ever stayed at that did not have tea and coffee facilities (manager used current renovations as excuse - go figure). TV did not work, pillows were more like sacks, and the bathroom was closet like although new, and the phone could not be used to access outside lines (despite this listed as a feature along with tea/coffee facilities. Staff were friendly although more out of apology than anything. Hotel should be renamed "Shabby Hotel" Definitely not of three star standard as reputed. Disapointing.

Convenient to London Underground at Wood Lane and opposite Westfield shopping centre. Room clean but decor and bedding tired. Plenty of clean towels. Offers fair value for money but hotel doesn't look inviting. Hotel undergoing building works as can be seen by pallets of bricks outside entrance. No Tea and coffee making facility in room. Basic small room with tiny en-suite. Generally tired decor. However, it is about average for the price.

got a really nice loft room; the lady was helpful; hotel is near to the tube and the training center I was visiting. no coffe making facility in the rooms, bed bugs - got bitten on the face (from pillow); no WiFi; too much noise from the street - window panes are not insulating the noise; breakfast from 0830 to 0930 - too tight; only soap in bathroom; they refused payment with card - asked for cash and even said that if paid by card price will be higher because of tax.

I like the location as it was near shopping malls and parks and buses are accessable tube as well.internet access ok I should say it is the dirtiest place ive ever stayed here in uk. We have not sleep because there are bed bugs on the beds. We tried to sleep on the floor but they are still there. I came out to see a staff to complain but reception is closed light is closed too, was embarrassing to my partner.I Stayed there to kill bad bugs television too small and only selected channels available although you are you are holding a sky remote control. No glass to use to drink or to use to brush your teeth. I did not get my moneys worth

I was going to an event at the O2 Empire at Shepherds Bush. This hotel is a two minute walk from the venue and directly opposite Westfield. It is a few minutes' walk from Shepherds Bush Market tube and five from Shepherds Bush (Central line). I had the little loft room with skylight windows overlooking Westfield. A little noisy on a Sunday morning but fine if the windows were closed.

If your stuck for diggs and need a place for 1 night it's ok to slum it for 1 night No car park but the owner took us on a 40 minute round trip to find a space then we ended up parking at the shopping centre costing £18 till the morning. The room was old and dated, not worth the money.when we turned up the place was a building site and we hoped we had the wrong place.. Complete disaster.

The manager was really nice, and having the breakfast included with the stay is a godsend. We were spending the weekend for a concert at the o2 Shepherd's Bush Empire concert hall, and I think the location of the hotel turned out to be optimal for the plan, so I can recommend it to anyone whose trip revolves around a show there. The bathroom was small and didn't feel isolated enough from the rest of the room, although the shower was big and comfortable.

It was little bit clean otherwise it was a worst experience of life. Staff: Was rude and narrow minded. Facilities: There was just one soap for everything, window curtain was teared, there was no hair dryer. The WC top cover was not stable while sitting and keep falling on you... pathetic experience. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very convenient location---near to two Tube stations as well as a large shopping complex. 1--The toilets were made for midgets. It is very difficult for an average person to even enter the shower cubicle. 2---Very unfriendly owner. 3---A bed and breakfast place and not a hotel.

I paid cash at the hotel and they did not have change to give me, infact they asked me to let them give me my change when I left, however I was not particularly happy to do so. I eventually had to get change elsewhere and pay the exact amount. Infact the hotel are still due me 50p which was promised before I left, which has never been returned. Very dissapointing. No offer of any breakfast, no times given for breakfast, infact I wasnt even shown to the breakfast room.
