Abbey Hotel  

Good Value for its Location. Clean & tidy, modern en-suite. Will most likely stay again as it is near our daughter's flat. Good access to Westfield Shopping Centre.

Not really, not like, but if you are tall Room 16 is into the roof slope.So a tall gent has problem with the WC which is under the slope. I think cost warrants breakfast being included,and not room only as it is now.

Clean, opposite Westfield, great staff, the room was sparce but had everything, comfortable beds great shower.

No toiletries - only a piece of soap, the curtains allowed a lot of outside light in and made it difficult for my friend to sleep

Staying on business and it ideal location for my purposes. Very friendly couple who run hotel and it is clean and comfortable. No breakfast though but I'm up and out anyway. I will be staying again.

It is in a good location and just across the road from Westfields. Easy to travel anywhere to.

Renovations were going on which should have been pointed out as we walked in completely confused as the place seemed to be empty. Had to call to get someone in the reception area. Had absolutely no facilities. Room didn't have a bin.

It was clean, the bed was comfortable, plenty of clean towels and good heating

this hotel is going through refurbishment and should be finished in A few weeks, even this being the case you could see the abbey hotel was going to be A great place to stay. my room was completed and had all the facilities you could want. very quite, friendly comfortable, staff were great. I look forwad to staying thee again in 2 months time when all completed.

Building work was being done I feel this should have been pointed out before my stay. No basic tea/coffee facility. No clear indication of who was staff or builders

The Internet is very good I like it also the staff is nice.

Nothing I can found.

Everything is ok, the best balance - price/quality. After stay in this hotel I moved to Radisson Kelinworth Hotel where I should pay 260 pounds per night (I.E. I paid for this six times as much as Abbey Hotel), and everything was the same as in Abbey. So think if you want to pay six times more for the same comfort, number of services, narrowness, etc.

The only thing which was not good in the hotel is collecting system in the toilet. It sounded strange after every use.

The hotel was in the middle of a refurbishment. Skip outside the front door, builders and their gear all over the hotel. This hotel should not have been allowed to have people staying with the hotel the state it was in. No information about this before we travelled.

Right outside shopping mall and close to pubs restaurants

Smallest en suite I have ever seen. Could not close the door on tiny shower which did not matter as there was no hot water

Location, good powerful shower. Budget hotel with decent tv. Does what it says on the tin.

Lovely, helpful staff. Everything there you need, and very handy location.

Currently renovating so living with building works. Strange plumbing in bathroom!

Very nice staff. had building work going on at hotel that was not mentioned but, good location and shops near by for shopping and lot of food choices near buy.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen und ist ansprechend.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella stanza all'ultimo piano in mansarda. È stato ristrutturato da poco per cui anche il bagno era nuovo, seppur molto piccolo. Il personale cordiale ed ospitale. Molto ben collegato con la metro-bus (zona 2) e con un centro commerciale enorme proprio di fronte. Ambiente modesto ma ideale per una coppia giovane che vuole visitare la città non spendendo tantissimo. Ampia disponibilità di pub e ristoranti nelle vicinanze.

Manca la colazione.

Valójában egy angol sorházból lett szálló (három csillagtól messze van). Szuterén szobák is vannak, amiket inkább hanyagoljunk. Nagyobb tisztaság elkelne és apróságok a szobákban (pl. Pipere polc, szappantartó, éjjeli szekrény stb.) Relatíve drága szállás, angolok enyhén el vannak szállva. Előrefizetés nem tetszett.

Der var meget lidt plads omkring toilettet . Vi boede på øverste etage , og den sidste trappe var meget stejl. Absolut ikke for gangbesværrede
