Good location, friendly staff
Hot only shower, rather loud
Good location, easy to find. Overall I guess it's what you expect for a cheap price.
Staff were rude and tried to make us pay in cash. No hair dryer and informed that our room was the only one without one but that was tough. Cleanliness not great with a brown stain on the wall.
The room was fine and had been recently refurbished. The staff were pleasant.
Breakfast was not available at the hotel apparently due to the owners recently having taken over. Despite booking through Booking,Com 2 months in advance the hotel claimed initially to have no record of our booking. However a satisfactory room was identified adter some discussion.
Not far from 2 different tube station and in front of Westfield mall. Close to QPR stadium.
Very small bathroom with poor lights. No lights close to the bed. Last floor without lift and very small stairs. Basically no people in the reception. Cold air passing thru the door room.
Close to bush hall
No soap/shampoo Some dust,
Was clean no nonsense and readily available. I felt very comfortable.
Workmen started drilling and shouting in hotel at 8am. Water too hot to have a proper shower.
We were able to check-in before 2pm, because the room was already ready. The room is very small, and so as the toilette, but fair enough to have a good rest for the price. I thought it was good, because is very close to the tube (Shepherd's Bush), and there's a huge mall in front of the hotel (Westfield).
The staffs are friendly, but they are not always in the reception, so for check-in and check-out, sometimes you have to wait for them to show. The wi-fi signal doesn't work on the rooms, only on common facilities.
This is really a classic stop over more than a classic hotel. That said, it does what it does very well. You check in, pay, then you don't see a member of staff again. Which was a shame because I couldn't get the BBC for love nor money, on the telly; which was quite ironic given that it's situated in Wood Lane! :-). But hey; as I said, it was a stop over; I checked in, went out, came back, fell asleep, woke up and left. If that suits your trip, then this is as good as anything else.
No bbc on the telly.
Location was ideal for what I was doing at the time, travelling solo no dramas.
The stairs!! But the lovely chap did carry my luggage up so I shouldn't complain.
The gates at the front of the hotel are very nice
Room didn't smell great Room was dusty / dirty The bin hadn't been emptied Right opposite Westfield shopping centre, great if you here to shop, not if trying to sleep next to a main road.
I liked absolutely nothing Bout this hotel wouldn't even consider it again if I was desperate
This place should not even be labelled a hotel it's far from it... Place is so small and clostraphobic it's basically a house I even tried to move to different hotel it was that bad! Not even proper beds they are like something from a caravan! Total rip off
Stayed the night for a show at Shepard's Bush O2, brilliant location only about a minutes walk away so great if you are seeing a concert/gig that may run late. Receptionist was absolutely lovely. Brilliant for a couple of young female students who wanted somewhere good value for money, in a great location that they felt safe getting to late after a show.
Only downside was that there was a bit of construction next door which woke us up in the morning about 9am
Cheap, good location near the underground and across the road from the quite stunning Westfield Shopping Centre.
Bad hygiene, television didn't work, uncomfortable beds, had to ring the doorbell for 5 minutes upon first arrival because the only member of staff was still asleep. Nice enough fellow though, his English was somewhat lacking.
Comfort Rooms Price Pleasant staff
Erratic wi-fi connection (or lack of) in rooms. Had to enter the corridor to use wi-fi. Thin walls.
pulled up the bed sheets to find an ear wig crawling under the sheets, needless to say it was a very uncomfortable nights sleep. the following day another dead earwig was found inside a shoe which was kept on the floor that night, makes me think how many were actually in the room. no breakfast offered and no additional facilities, very old and needs modernised with paint new furniture and carpets
Close to a huge shopping mole and a station.
Hot room because of no air conditioning. No wi-fi. Towels were not changed. Noise from nemxt rooms.
Clean, close to tube and bus - good easy to find location
Wireless was patchy in the rooms.
- Good location - Good quality room
- Expensive for the value - Internet slow - No breakfast possibilities in hotel - Credit card payment only for 3% fee
The staff was good The location is good Near shopping center
Very very hot No air condtion No lift You need to go with bags by satires for the third floor
Great location close to the underground and very convenient for exploring London.
Clean and up-to-date. Friendly & helpful staff. Good location, close to tube.
Smallest room I've ever stayed in, but fair enoughh, given the price
Very clean Helpful staff Good location My room was spacious and light
Very weak signal for the wifi The bathroom light has an automatic turn off when it senses no one there but I was in the shower.
Love London ! Thanks to Abbey Hotel for making travelling, shopping, sight seeing, dining, relaxing all so convenient in London. Superb location! Walking distance is less than 5 mins to 2 tubes n a railway station. Hence, visiting all London famous tourist places is as easy as ABC. Save time n money! Across the hotel, shop till you drop dead at the new big shopping mall - from local to designer brands, food courts, 2 supermarkets - Marks & Spencer and Waitrose - fresh fruits etc and great restaurants for example Billls Restaurant and GBK Burger n Jamie's Italian restaurant. A special thanks to the hotel staff named Lofti !! Excellent service for the 8 days we stayed. Never fail us. My husband, daughter n I enjoyed our trip so much.
Great location, clean and well-maintained. Perfectly adequate for a short stay.
We were in a small room in an extension on the ground floor. We were too far away from reception to get any wifi signal. Construction nearby made for a noisy awakening.
Close to Shepherds Bush Market tube, and right across the road from the Westfield Shopping Centre
Wi-Fi connectivity was poor, but otherwise a very pleasant stay
