The staff was very courteous and accommodating. I was allowed to check-in very early (around 9am) after arriving exhausted from the US on an overnight flight. I appreciated that very much. Also, the room appeared to be newly renovated. The bathroom was small but very modern and clean. The bed linens were also clean and soft. Some of the amenities were not well kept. For example, the hot water kettle had stale water in it which had started to mold and the bottles of shampoo and body wash were dusty.

Parking Uncomfortable Beds, poor WiFi reception, dirty walls and floor, cheap furniture that looked out of place in the room (desk with kettle on was place against a wall where no plug sockets were available), dirty bathroom with mildew in shower.

good food, good location well done.for access to area once roads figured out. Breakfast Slightly noisy upstairs guests could be heard through floors but didn't continue for long. More shelving in bathroom would be great

In town, walking distance to arranged meeting with friends. Hotel poorly sign posted outside. Flag ragged. Hotel sign decrepit. Hotel generally needing refurbishment. Not given door , code to get in late, which caused unwelcome disruption. Had requested wheat free and lactose free food well in advance of our stay, but none was available.

Warmth, general comfort, friendly staff. Very quiet and peaceful. Near the town and the railway station. The room was not quite as clean as it might have been (cobwebs). Breakfast was only fair. I would have preferred a continental option.

I had been camping in the freezing cold and decided I'd had enough and at supper time used your "tonight" app to find this wonderful little unassuming hotel on the road to where I was staying. The warmth was what I noticed most, but the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A bargain. Very minor niggles - carpet a bit stained, and a hole had been bashed in the door of the bathroom. But didn't detract for me from the quality and facilities.

Rooms were clean and warm and comfortable. Wifi was fast and easy to Connect to. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Walking distance to the Main Street and shops (if you don't mind hills, which I don't). Very few toiletries and my bin wasn't changed til the second day. And the toiletries weren't replaced.

Location - only 5 minutes walk from station, then less than half an hour into central London. Room was clean and comfortable and Breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly. We had asked to check in early and also changed one of the rooms at the last minute - absolutely no problem. In common with many hotels of this type, could do with a bit of a makeover - some areas of decor looked a little tired. This in no way detracted from our stay.

I enjoy the helpfulness of the reception staff and friendless of the general hotel staff and they where all polite and always happy to help what ever problems come to hand,,they dealt with it efficiently and quickly, The food in the basement restaurant was well-cooked and I enjoyed the food there, there was more than enough food to go round & choice (a self-service buffet). The restaurant staff were kind, polite and helpful and I felt safe & my stuff was safe too it was secure as they have 24hr survalence so didn't have to worry, when I popped out & the accommodation was adequate for £45 and I will be booking again soon, close 2 shops to explore, highly recommend the hotel as it has free wi-fi, and the cheapest in high Wycombe if looking for cheap and the hotel is easy to find I did not like the cracks in the walls , I found on occasions that T.v satilite channels was hard to change over from the remote and it was hard to turn the volume up via the remote control, I felt that the water was not hot enough,to take a shower in room 29
