Room over car park with contractors vans in and out so noisy and difficult to sleep
Very pleasant and helpful staff. Plenty of Off road parking, 1st class breakfast, excellent value for money.
Great staff great breakfast clean rooms
People smoking in there rooms
Breakfast was full of lots of choices for adults and children. 5 minutes walk from the high street.
The breakfasts were excellent in quality, and beds very comfortable.
The bathrooms were in need of refurbishment, having mould stains and cracked tiles.
Location although on a very steep hill.
No facilities and more like a B&b. Had to wait for seating in dining room for breakfast and choice of breakfast very poor . Luke warm food and no sausages.
Breakfast was good as long as you didn't leave the table as they cleared it away before you had finished.
The area around the hotel was poor the houses boarded up. Waste ground next to it. The hotel need a paint job. The dinning chairs were grimey ! The toilet bowl was brown! The shower head had cobwebs and looked like it hadn't been used or cleaned in ages (we wouldn't have used it!) the window was dirty and so green with mould on the outside it was difficult to see out. TV had to be retuned. Not a good experience or good value !
Comfortable bed & bedding, helpful staff, plenty of parking (although narrow spaces).
Slightly tired decor & bathroom
Location and staff
Room was very very small 2 people could not get changed at the same time. Room very dusty. Breakfast buffet was uninteresting and cold
It was very clean. convenient location for the town. parking no problem. The breakfast was very good.
Room very small, the bed was against the wall one side so only one bedside cabinet. The shower needed descaling so hardly any water coming through. we were on the top floor no lift and no banister rail to hold on to
Friendly staff, reasonable breakfast choice.
Bed against the wall. Shabby rooms needing complete refurbishment. In fact the whole building needs updating!
Staff helpful and polite..comfortable beds...well cooked full English breakfast...off road car park. Good value 2 star hotel at a fair price..you get what you pay for.
Hotel in need of redecoration and looking dated.
Breakfast WiFi Location
Slow hot water Slow filling toilet Radiator next to the bed
Location, breakfast reasonable bedroom for short stay ie, 1 / 2 nights
For those wishing to stay in it would have been nice to have a bar in the hotel. If you want a drink etc the town center is only a 15 minute walk down a steep hill with plenty of bars and eating places,
Excellent courtesy and help from staff.
Poor choice of cooked breakfast. Soggy scrambled egg, over cooked bacon and cold beans.
For what I required and paid this hotel represented good value for money in High Wycombe
Room 47 was open to the Hotels front lighting, better screening from this to darken the room would solve the problem. Car parking was tight during my visit. Felt unsure about fire risk on the top/attic floor.
Price was very reasonable and location was convenient for me.
Weather was very hot and there's no air conditioning
Friendly, helpful staff, good breakfast, good value for proximity to London
Rather tired room
Location was very good and friendly staff ! The break fast was lovely.
Over priced, noisy, fire alarm off at 1.30am people honking horns in the car park at 5 am. For over10 mins. No staff to them to be quiet! Toilet had stains in that are not memorable. The shower door didn't shut and there was mould in the sealant round the shower. This is a two star hotel charging a 3 star price. Stick to premier inn or travel lodge for the same money.
Just a bit cramped and confused layout for breakfast
welcome quiet room
iron did not work faulty plug breakfast
Friendly staff and a spaceous parking in the back of the hotel. Nice breakfast. We got an extra room when our booking (4 beds) was unavailable.
The quality of the beds varied, but good enough for the price.
It was close to where I needed to be.
The rooms are quite small and the bed was no very nice.
Receptionist greeted with a smile
Our Room was like an oven, the bathroom even worse, receptionist tried to sort the overhead cooling system but it didnt seem to cool the room. the bathroom had no window & no way of cooling it down.It was so hot we had to go out to cool down. we were lent a small fan but it just circulated the warm air,We both tried to sleep on top of covers .The receptionist offered another room next day,but we had to climb over each other to get into bed.ok if you are young we are not ,so we booked out, we have stayed here before & had a better room.dont think we will stay again
It needs refurbishment desperately and needs to be cleaned properly.
