Price/quality ratio. Quiet and cozy. Good breakfast. Conveniently located. Available online 2 WiFi. Capacity is small, the signal is weak. But it's not such a big problem)

My wife and I stayed there for 4 nights. The rooms was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was handy and clean. The neighbourhood and the hotel was very quite during our whole stay. The location is very convenient, 5-10 minutes walking to 2 metro stations and a shopping centre. The English breakfast was good. All though it was clean everywhere in the hotel the towels were coloured and there were some pale spots visible on them. I missed a table in the room.

Even though I was late, the main door was answered and my key was left out for me on the table. The hotel was in a quiet and safe location in a residential area. It is pleasant ten minutes walk from Earling Broadway tube station The room was very warm and there was a good shower with plenty of hot water. Located about 30 minutes from liverpool street so a much cheaper option than central London. As the hotel was an old building, there were several places where the walls were damp a some point and gone discolored and perhaps could have been repainted.

The Hotel is in Ealing and Ealing town is really peaceful and the houses out there are gorgeous, you can take amazing pictures. The full english breakfast was OK. There are a lot of choices of crispy things like corn flakes etc. The Hotel was peaceful. You can only hear the squeaks of the floor. The room was really dirty. The blanket was too ragged but no one doesn't care about it, in spite of they saw it everyday. Kettle and the mugs are dirty, you can't drink anything. The room was cold. They make the heating off everyday. In the last morning, there was no full English breakfast, because the staff was sick. It's absurd. They empty the litter in the toilet when they clean-up the room and the toilet gets full! The hotel was a little bit away from tube station (10-15 min walking).

Staff welcoming, helpful and did a great job. The room was fine, clever use of space but more could be done. Breakfast good and just the right amount though coffee could be hotter. We slept well and I did not need my ear plugs which is always a good thing. We enjoyed our stay and having a parking space was a real bonus [1st come 1st served].

The staff were very friendly. The hotel was basic but clean. We stayed at the hotel on the coldest weekend of the year. The room was on the chilly side however they had put extra heating in the room which would have been sufficient if it had not been that particular weekend. We had a really good breakfast in the morning and there was plenty of tea and coffee etc in the room.

The hotel staff were nice and the breakfast was good and freshly cooked. It was very dirty and the room was really worn out. The location is quite far from the city centre.

It was reasonably convenient to Tube for Heathrow, it had WiFi access, and it was close to a pub where the pub staff were friendly and served a good dinner. Floorboards were creaky. This did not bother me too much on the top floor but it may not have been much fun for sleepers below me. Lodge staff should be provided with a map of their local streets pinned up next to the phone for their own knowledge and to enable them to guide people from the tube or bus to the Hotel.

The owners were lovely, for a b&b it was very nice, alot better than many hotels that we have stayed in! Close to Ealing Broadway tube station, very clean and comfortable. Shower was a tad small and breakfast finishes at 9am thats about it!

The Abbey Lodge hotel is kind of small family-run facility, therefore the high quality of equipment or facilities is not to be expected. But all they offer is a great deal for the money paid. Free tv, free WiFi internet, working without problems, very warm attitude of the staff. The breakfast is rather limited and not of the high quality- but for the money paid is totally ok.

I liked the breakfast and the location. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The decor in the room was a little tired (ie frayed carpet and peeling wallpaper).
