It was handy for the city. Very friendly owner. Its a guest house, not a hotel |

The location was ideal for the city centre of Norwich, breakfast was fantastically preapred and cooked The single bed was slightly dated and made a noise in addition to no towels being provided to have a shower. |

The hotel owner was very hospitable. He even phoned us at home on the morning of our proposed arrival to verify the details and our expected time of arrival. The room was very clean and comfortable, and there was no problem with our request for vegetarian breakfasts. An added bonus (and the main reason we chose this hotel) was its proximity to the station - it is a couple of minutes walk away. |

Very helpful staff, excellent cooked breakfast. Comfortable bed and plenty of room in th room. The stairs were a minor problem but staff helped with transporting the cases. We had expected 'en suite' but the bathroom was next door and there was no-one else staying on our floor. The 'Saniflo' toilet did not flush away very well. |

Friendly welcome and helpful with local areas of interest Could not flush paper in en-suite toliet, meant using the shared toliet more than the en-suite facility. |

Staff were polite, pleasant and helpful Floorboards creaked a bit, meaning that you could hear people moving around at night and it made me concerned about disturbing others |
