Convenience and quietness of location. Helpful and friendly staff. The location is unappealing, despite its practical advantages. |

excellent breakfast - freshly cooked and good choice * only 2 plastic hangers in the wardrobe! (I left 4 wire ones behind for the next guest) * nowhere in my room to write (a small table, the right height for the chair, would be useful) |

A very cosy, comfortable and, to my surprise, well-heated room; also, unusually for hotels, with good light for reading. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful, helping me weigh my luggage and ringing for a taxi to the airport. The English breakfast cooked to order is also highly recommendable. |

The full English breakfast was excellent and the service very attentive and helpful, and although the accommodation was very basic, they had taken trouble to make the dining room very pleasant. I was a bit alarmed by the plumbing noises in the en suite bathroom. |

The owner Mr Periera was most kind and helpful, and the room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. It would have been nice to have an ensuite, but for the money....excellent value |

The location was ideal for the city centre of Norwich, breakfast was fantastically preapred and cooked The single bed was slightly dated and made a noise in addition to no towels being provided to have a shower. |

The hotel owner was very hospitable. He even phoned us at home on the morning of our proposed arrival to verify the details and our expected time of arrival. The room was very clean and comfortable, and there was no problem with our request for vegetarian breakfasts. An added bonus (and the main reason we chose this hotel) was its proximity to the station - it is a couple of minutes walk away. |

Very helpful staff, excellent cooked breakfast. Comfortable bed and plenty of room in th room. The stairs were a minor problem but staff helped with transporting the cases. We had expected 'en suite' but the bathroom was next door and there was no-one else staying on our floor. The 'Saniflo' toilet did not flush away very well. |
