Loved it all.
It was cold in are room. You have heating by a window and long curtains over it.so the heat is just going out the window and not in the room.
The extra mile they went for my family and I after a difficult trip - and I am 8mkntjs pregnant The staff were superb
Excellent location and excellent tv with internet functions
The room is very small, enough to overpower the very nice bed, cupboard, tea facilities or very good flat screen tv with internet functions.
We liked the location in the immediate vicinity of the Abbey and Baths. The room was spacious and comfortable. The food was good. There was a car park just around the corner.
The pricing of breakfast was opaque. There was no minibar.
The location is unbeatable, close to all sites in the city. Quiet room. Very clean, cozy and chic. Helpful staff.
Excellent location for bars and shopping
Parking is in a municipal just around the corner but get there early to secure a space or you will have to use the multi storey which is a bit further
Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice quality but unique, with personalities. Location is perfect: easy walk from the train station, next to Bath's hop on/off bus, but you can walk everywhere too. The common sitting room and new bar are comfortable place to spend time.
No luggage racks for suitcases. No mini-refrigerator or microwave. Our Twin room was not as comfortable or attractive as our son's Double or our King last year. But it was fine and we would stay here again.
Good restaurant, with excellent food choice. Friendly and helpful staff. Ideal location on the edge of the centre of Bath city. Easy access Wi-Fi.
Room size was poor - small.
Location cleanliness and service and breakfast all excellent
The pop up apres ski bar had disappearred and the htel was having a bit of a refurb but n discount gven for carpets up and wet paint
Room, bed bathroom andfacilites were great. Shower was hot nice touches with dressing gown and slippers. Staff were friendly helpful and polite.
At night local revellers could be heared shouting and singing in the road outside
Perfect location Spacious room Quiet considering location Friendly staff
Breakfast was expensive so we ate elsewhere
Friendly efficient staff; clean rooms, great location
Rooms on the small side-but still good value
The room was very large and comfortable. In a quiet part of the hotel. We will get a 5% discount if we stay at the Abby Hotel again.
Out room was in another building not properly connected to where the reception was, so we had to go up in the lift, then walk down some stairs which are shared by the kitchen. The stairs were very grubby. They were cleaned after I complained but they only stayed clean for an hour because they are used by the kitchen staff to heave things up and down. We met the staff several times and had to dodge around them. It might be better to wait until the hotel is properly integrated to let the rooms which have to pass through those stairs.
We enjoyed the 'pop'up Apre Ski Lodge for New Year a novel way to celebrate.
Well trained friendly polite staff. Very large bed.
Great location, helpful staff & the facilities in our room.
This hotel is in an ideal location - it's an easy walk to the train station and all of Bath's attractions. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and very comfortable.
Fantastic location near the Abbey, shops and restaurants. Hotel had a lot of Character and very comfortable beds Free wifi in the rooms Staff were extremely helpful.
Finding the entrance to the public car park was a bit difficult. ( we were able to park in front of the hotel to drop bags off)
The convenient location
the hardness of the bed and pillow
Centrally located. Independently owned. Beautifully decorated. Comfortable. Great staff.
The staff were friendly.
There was a club right outside our window there was so much noise and people shouting. We didn't get much sleep at all. No one in the hotel informed us that there could be noise that evening. Very disappointed. Would not re book.
The room was very clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable!
There was a small problem with the heating and the room was a bit cold.
the outdoor bar in front of the hotel is excellent.
