朝食もおいしかったし、スタッフも親切で丁寧な対応でした。観光スポットにも大変近く良かった。

部屋は悪くなかったが、指摘するとしたら、外部にあるファンの音がかなり大きく聞こえるのと、床のきしみ音- 。全ての部屋がどうかわかりませんが、音が気になる人には、お勧めできません。

立地が非常に良く、日本人女性一人旅には大変利用しやすい。 主要観光地やショッピングストリートにも徒歩5分圏内に沢山あります。ホテルは清潔で、シングルでもバスタ- ブもありました。 スタッフは普通にさらっとした接客でした。荷物は運んでくれないので、自分で運びましたがリフトがあるので- 問題ないです。 ドライヤーもあり、シャンプーなどのアメニティーもあります。 朝食もフルイングリッシュブレックファーストがついていて、メニューも選べるのでかなり満足です。サーモン- とスクランブルエッグを選びました。朝食レストランもお洒落で、素敵な感じでした。 イギリスホテルの中では、シティーホテルに近い感じでした。 お値段がそこそこお手軽でしたので、女性一人には十分です。 バース　スパ駅からも歩いて10分位ですごくわかりやすいです。

窓の外がボイラー室だったので、夜中ずーっとボイラーの音がしていたのが大変だった。 一晩だけだったので我慢できたけど、そうでなかったらつらいと思う。

バース市内を観光するには、とても良いロケーションでした。 スタッフの対応もとても良いです。 小さいですが、エレベーターも付いています。

シャワーの水圧が極端に低いです。 朝食は「１５ポンド」と書かれた追加用のメニューを出されますが、朝食付きの宿泊客は無料です。 宿泊客以外のお客さん用のメニューをそのまま使用しているので、金額が記載されているようです。 でも一応、無料かどうかは注文する前に確認した方が良いと思います。

１泊利用しました。 立地：バース・スパ駅から徒歩で１０分程度のところにありアクセスは非常に良かったです。 部屋：ツインの部屋を利用しましたが、広さもまあまあでした。 朝食：１階にあるレストランで、メニューから１つを選ぶタイプでした。

Since it was her birthday I upgraded the room, which was excellent, if not exactly cheap (but she's worth it). The location was fantastic. Two minutes from Baths and Abbey and two pubs ten paces away.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Fab location and lovely comfortable beds.

I think for £117 per night breakfast should have been included. It seemed a bit mean.

Location: This really was one of the best aspects of the hotel! We literally walked everywhere within the Bath city centre – only about 5min stroll to the Roman Baths. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and the park across the road was beautiful. Although there is no parking at the hotel, there was a good underground carpark (South Gate Carpark) a 5min walk down the road. It cost £10 for 1 night. And the road outside of the hotel is not busy, with plenty of space to drop-off easily. Room: We booked a cosy double room with bathroom. Although the room was quite small (the double bed had to be against the wall), we did have a window with a lovely view over the Bath rooftops. The mattress was also brilliant – soft but firm, without sinking in the middle. The bathroom was very clean and a decent size. Service: I loved how helpful and attentive the reception staff were. We asked for a recommendation on somewhere nice for dinner, and they suggested various cuisine options – we chose to eat Italian. The receptionist offered to call up one of the restaurants for us, but they were busy. So she called up another one and quickly made a reservation for us. She remembered our names without asking, and was very efficient – everything was booked within a couple of minutes! The breakfast staff were also very attentive and hospitable. I had also made a note on bookings.com that it would be my boyfriend's birthday during our stay, and the hotel left him a happy birthday card and Hotel Chocolat chocolate bar :) The little thoughtful details never go unnoticed!! Breakfast: The choice and standard of the cooked breakfasts were lovely, as well as the buffet continental. My only complaint was that the toast we were served was burnt and cold. But apart from that, I was very impressed with the loose leaf teas!

The authentic old building and theme to keep with the traditions of Bath. The breakfasts were lovely. The facilities brilliant. Rooms very comfortable.

Twin room for friend and me was very small and you couldn't open the wardrobe door because the beds were so close to the wardrobe! So we had to just live out of the suitcases, couldn't hang anything up!

The evening meal that we had on the Friday was superb; the flavours were terrific and the unusual combinations did not seem so for the sake of it but created a lovely meal that we have told many friends about already. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

This is a wonderful hotel conveniently located to the train station in Bath and only a short walk to the Roman baths and the Abbey. The staff was was very helpful, friendly, and cheerful. The breakfast was delicious and the room was spacious with a beautiful view of Bath.

The breakfast and the staff in the dining room were all delightful and very helpful. Bedroom was goodish, but having booked a large twin, found three beds in the room.

No bedside table beside one of the twin beds in our bedroom. Rather dark sitting room. Rather noisy during the night from outside.

It was a bit noisy. Doors constantly banging (room doors didn't shut softly), the floorboards in the corridor were loose & could be heard in the rooms when people walked past. I was out the back of the hotel & I assume near the bins - every night (quite late) I could hear what appeared to be lots of glass being emptied into rubbish bins, it woke me up on a couple of occasions.

Toilet tank takes 13 minutes to refill Takes a long time to get hot water from tap. Very limited T.V channels Was told check-in time was 3:00. I arrived at 2.30 and went for a walk. I returned at 4.30 and was told room still wasn't ready. Apparently, that day every bed was being replaced and no rooms were complete. On top of that, he could not tell me when my room would be available because housekeeping couldn't say! I raised hell over the fact that after travelling over 250 miles there were NO rooms available an hour and a half after stated check in time. Staff member worked hard and found me an upgrade, but I thought it was very bad planning to chang every bed the same day leaving no available rooms for guests when they checked in. I didn't need that aggrivaton upon my arrival.

The hotel is well placed for all the attractions. A few steps away from Sally Lunns. Parking is neaby in the Southgate shopping centre about a 7 minute walk.

The location of this hotel in the center of Bath could not be better. It is within walking distance of the baths and many other attractions and tour buses and taxis are always available nearby. The staff was particularly friendly, professional, and efficient. The recent renovations are excellent and breakfasts in the exceptionally nice dining room are famous.

The two drawbacks for many people would be that there is no air conditioning and it overlooks a central square with a historic pub. If noise bothers a guest, beware. Personally we loved seeing and hearing city life from our windows.
