Superb location, excellent wireless internet access. Warm weather, no air conditioning + the window of my room couldn't be opened more than a 15 cm "slot" to allow some fresh air coming in :-( You should ask for a room with better ventilation through a window which can well be opened ... |

Location great for points of interest and restaurants, 2 min walk from train station. Breakfast freshly cooked and good. Room was stuffy, lots of outside noise. Colleague struggled with parking. |

We had a very enjoyable time looking round historic Bath, the location of the hotel is perfect. The parking situation, as 12gbp per day certainly mounts up. |

Frances Moore suite claustrophobic and dark. Did not like chemical scent puffer, hard matress, bumpy bathroom floor, poor furniture, no filter coffee, plastic glasses (cracked). |

It's all about location. It is right next to the Abbey, the Roman baths, the bridge and all the stores Bath has to offer. It is clean and comfortable. |

Very central. Booking was for a "small" double - room was of a very satisfactory size. Barthroom good size and plenty of toiletries. Hospitality tray refilled each day with biscuits. Good choice for breakfast and service very quick |

Great location in the centre of town, not far from the station. Nice friendly and pleasant staff. The hotel is perfectly acceptable but very boring, very dull and not really memorable. |

As the last part of our trip covering Devon and Cornwall we left our hire car in Bath booked into Abbey hotel walked all the sights and then caught the train back to London, all hassel free. |

The hotel was quiet, and the staff always helpful. The room was up to the standard I expected and cleaned properly. Checking in and out was efficient. An enjoyable stay. After a false fire alarm, the lift was kept out of order, and climbing 3 flights of stairs (with asthma) was an ordeal! |

The central location as we did not spend alot of time in the hotel as we were visiting friends in Bath we can not add anything else Lack of hot water for 2 of our 3 mornings the extractor fan was not working in the bathroom as the fan had been turned off at the isolator switch assume that hotel staff were aware of this but was not fixed during our stay the standard of house keeping in our room was not satisfactory for room rate expensive for the over all standard of the hotel |

Very centrally located for tourist attractions, shopping and the train station. The bedrooms were small and the bed was particularly tiny! |

Is a very comfortable one, the value of the money good for the quality of the hotel. No waiting to the reception. The breakfast was very nice and fast served. The restaurant of the hotel for luch should serve more types of food. We could not find soup for our wee girl. |
