Nothing!!! There were loads of Forgein visiters standing on the
stairs drinkin cans of larger smoking cigerettes and were very rude
and loud. They by all accounts have been put there as they have no
fixed abode. Dss!!

There was 8 in my party, 4 adults and 4 children, we should never have
had to put up with the screamin and banging on our doors at 4am in the
morning from other visitors!! I complained to the lady on reception who
was as much help as a chocolate tooth brush....... For an extra £20 per
night book the Thistle.

1) The room was split into two and was badly done with insufficient space. toilet had no washbasin, shower was impossibly small, with no provision for hanging clothes or towels. Health and safety was simply not sufficient, and there was no aparrent means of escape in the event of a fire.

i had not realised it was not ensuite, the toilets were tiny and there were no instructions regarding bath/shower facilities

the staff were very freindly and helpful, location was good. rooms very clean.

other guests were very noisy late at night! plus rooms were a little dated and could do with maintanance.

The room was clean and the one member of the hotel staff we saw was very helpful.

Well, this certainly is a 'budget' hotel. How did it get 3*?. The shared facilities: if you are even slightly overweight you would not have been able to use the toilet, which did not have a washbasin. The shower was disgusting, full of mould. The room itself did not have a washbasin but a kitchen sink. You had to be a gymnast to get into the lift.
