It was very close to the beach, that was the only good point. The cleanliness of the room was terrible, the towels were not changed, rooms were not cleaned througout our stay. Toilets and Showers were shared and required keys to access, just not ideal. |

The view, the cleanliness of the room towels and bed linen and hotel location with parking facility Lift was somewhat cramped and difficult to enter. the hot tap in the basin was difficult to control and the water had a strange taste. |

The room was clean and spacious. We had a microwave, which was useful, and also a sink and cutlery. The reception staff were friendly and the hotel was a good location, near the saeside and also the main town. It was alos good value for money and I would definitely return again! |

We had a microwave and a fridge.Shower on 2nd floor was very good. Shower and sink. When turned hot water on, there was a loud, terrible noise. No plug in wash hand basin.Shower in ensuite room was terrible and pressure was very low- water dribbled out. Also showers on 1st floor did not work. |

Location, Clean No bathroom or toilet in room. Very limited parking away from the hotel. No easy exit out in case of fire. Lift dangerous and very difficult to access/get in an out and can't fit more than 2 people in! |

Staff were particularly helpful with wheelchair guest and were very friendly. Lift was difficult to operate with a disabled guest as it has 2 awkward doors |

The rooms are ideal for someone who just needs to have a base while they take in what the city has to offer. I would stay again.. Parking could be improved, fair price but slightly small car park for the size of hotel.. |

Nothing!!! There were loads of Forgein visiters standing on the stairs drinkin cans of larger smoking cigerettes and were very rude and loud. They by all accounts have been put there as they have no fixed abode. Dss!! There was 8 in my party, 4 adults and 4 children, we should never have had to put up with the screamin and banging on our doors at 4am in the morning from other visitors!! I complained to the lady on reception who was as much help as a chocolate tooth brush....... For an extra £20 per night book the Thistle. |

The world's smallest lift.....great for humour value. Not having en-suite....had assumed that would be standard. |
