The staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in and out we're quick with no problems at all. Room was very warm but easily solved by adjusting the heater so no real issue.

Clean, comfortable and fairly spacious rooms. Good spa facilities: treatments were great and good value. Staff were friendly. Food in both restaurants was good, and the pub overlooking the golf course was lovely in the sunshine. Family room had a temporary bed which was not that comfortable. It may be a bit out of the way if you wanted to do things other than the golf and/or spa.

Beautifully located in countryside and golf course. Nice swimming pool with saunas and excellent gym. Decent breakfast. Easily accessible from highway. The shower leaked a lot of water on the bathroom floor.

Location and facilities were just about right. Golf was presentable and affordable without being pay & play. Will look at again. Menu choice in Twany bar.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Excellent cooked breakfast. Wedding party well catered for. Sloping roof in the room restricted movements. Controls to the radiator difficult to reach under sloping roof. Large TV took up most of space on dressing table area which also had the tea/coffee.

Delux room was very nice, spacious, good facilities and comfortable. Room service food was as expected. The ceiling of the shower cubible and the posts holding the shower door had moald on them. We weren't told that breakfast was an extra cost. We didnt think it was worth the extra £20-£25 we were charged.

staff very friendly, polite and accommadating. facitilites great, spa and health club the beautiful and very tasty food, absolutely gorgeous. the noisy generator for the golf trolleys that was underneath our room at 6.30am on a sunday! the dirty stained robe that was in our room on arrival. the melted chocolate and warm sparkling wine that was left in the direct sunlight on arrival.

The size of the bed in the family room. The Receptionist, very rude! The noise from families in a joining rooms. Doors banging at all hours, we stayed on the ground floor which was allocated to families, if I had a young family they would have been up all night. I reported one incident to the night porter, but a half an hour after the noise continued. Will think twice before staying again. The bathroom was all the small side, considering it was a family room. Old style TV too.

The room was lovely and large and comfortable, just like the photo, with a massive double bed. Also the spa area was very pleasant, and the gym reasonably well equipped. A dubious stain on the bed throw caught our eye. Also there are some obvious problems with damp resulting in mouldy stains on the wall by the window and over the shower.

Quick check in We did not give you a good review on trip advisor. Our camp bed was broken. We told the reception but they took no notice. It could have been really dangerous. We go to redditch a lot n will not be using your services again as we were ignored.

It was a nice room and the people at the desk were lovely. The tea and coffee facilities in the room were good. The swimming pool was very nice and quiet. Breakfast seemed expensive at £10/head. You had to bring your own towels from the room to the gym which I didn't do and didn't want to go back into the room to get one for fear of waking my son - would have been nice if they could have provided me with a towel but they didn't. There weren't many power sockets in the room and they were awkward to reach for charging phones. It was actually quite difficult to find and the signposts were all right on the junctions. It would be better if the signs were placed in advance of places where you have to turn. We arrived at night and had to turn around on two occasions.
