If you need just a room to stay, that's a good choise in terms of cost. On the other hand, location is not very close to the city, but you can sort it out by public transport |

During my stay i felt comfortable and the one member of staff on duty was very nice and extremely helpful, the full english breakfast was excellent and definitely great value for money. The shower was not working properly and the bathroom door would bang of the bottom of the bed. The bathroom/shower room was very clean. |

Location buses easy to access to city. Good resturants nearby. The Mattress was in poor condition - we turned it over to avoid springs. TV did not have an aerial and when supplied it did not work.Doors all hard to open on carpet. No where to sit in hotel and only one chair in our room. Were not informed the room only had outside access - feel we should have been. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful The chef didnt turn up to cook breakfast so the woman who was waiting on had to do it all herself, she did very well considering all she had to do. |

Staff very helpfull. Condition of room very poor - Rough paintwork and smelt musty. Door to EnSuite didnt lock which was problem with older family. Only a couple of electrical points worked - had to keep swapping plugs-lamp-kettle-mobile charger etc. Toilet paper holder was off the wall and shower was very basic, just a curtain and no where to put the soap. Quite put-off when we found one of those vermin poisen boxes under radiator!! |

The door going out Dog dirt covering entrance gate. Having to use the back enterance to the hotel combined with council tenants. Cleanliness of room, windows filthy. Bathroom toilet blocked and filthy (booked en-suite but didnt get one due to lack of electicty in our original room) original room only suitables for council tenants no hotel guests. This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Would not meet h&s standard check. |

Room was noisy, dirty and smelly. Not all rooms had a bathroom - this was not clear from the booking. Staff advised us that it was not safe to park car at the front of hotel as someone attempted to steal a motorbike that morning. |

Friendly staff Not value for money. This kind of accommodation should be 20 GBP per person, not 45 |

Not far from the centre, a nice park in front of the hotel, spacious family rooms with ancient style furniture, comfortable beds, friendly staff. We liked everything, but very shortly. |
