a dieci minuti dal centro con autobus 25 o 12, davanti ha un parco per correre o passeggiare, si può raggiungere leith walk o l'ocean terminal a piedi......camere accoglenti e molto pulite per lo standard anglosassone.....colazione abbondante e varia, tutto questo ad un prezzo buonissimo!! davvero consigliabile |

Staff eccellente e di grande aiuto nella visita della città. Clima molto accogliente. Stanze pulite e graziose. Hotel davvero raccomandabile. Facile da raggiungere. Il check in era previsto per le 12 ma non abbiamo avuto la stanza prima delle 15.30. |

La signora che ci ha accolto (di cui purtroppo non ricordo il nome) è stata di una straordinaria gentilezza simpatia e disponibilità Albergo pessime condizioni: stanze piccole e umide, edificio fatiscente (probabilmente in ristrutturazione). Assolutamente non giustificato il prezzo di 45 Sterline a persona |

Incredible value for money. Good location across the road from a huge park that used to be the first golf links in the world. Friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to Gabriella, the manager, who keeps everything running so smoothly. If you like no-frills solid value for money, this place is highly recommended. |

Terrible, Mice in room and no heating, no help and ruined our weekend, do not use vermin control traps and mice in room, no heating which had been broken for some weeks prior to our stay which was booked 2 months previously. Had to share room with parents as only room with little bit of heat, shabby hotel, dangerous area and totally bad experience. |

If you are looking for a place to sleep, this hotel is perfect. About 10 min from the city centre by bus (most of the buses go there). I went with twon friends and we had a big family room, with 5 single beds, wardrove, TV, etc.The hotel staff was very kind. The toilet was too small (shared) and stank. |

It's one of the cheapest hotels in Edinburgh. It is good if you stay for one/two nights and you need a place just for sleeping. Easy location for getting by car and the hotel has a private parking. It is not the cleanest place I've been. |

toilet didnt flush, very damp smell,curtains didnt close properly,was not mentioned that some rooms were outwith hotel building and very dirty walking to them, ie old matress and building material lying outside, no tv as stated |

It is ideally situated for the Port of Leith and within walking distance of Leith Walk and central Edinburgh It was in need of a general tidy up and refurbishment. It is very shabby and run down. |

If you need just a room to stay, that's a good choise in terms of cost. On the other hand, location is not very close to the city, but you can sort it out by public transport |

During my stay i felt comfortable and the one member of staff on duty was very nice and extremely helpful, the full english breakfast was excellent and definitely great value for money. The shower was not working properly and the bathroom door would bang of the bottom of the bed. The bathroom/shower room was very clean. |

Location buses easy to access to city. Good resturants nearby. The Mattress was in poor condition - we turned it over to avoid springs. TV did not have an aerial and when supplied it did not work.Doors all hard to open on carpet. No where to sit in hotel and only one chair in our room. Were not informed the room only had outside access - feel we should have been. |

the waitress in the morning and breakfast not too bad we did not like the fact that we had to leave the hotel to sleep in our bed room,leaving our two family members in the main part of the hotel a very strange set up,walking through a lane,past a dirty back yard, into the dungeon sorry bedroom |

The staff were very friendly and helpful The chef didnt turn up to cook breakfast so the woman who was waiting on had to do it all herself, she did very well considering all she had to do. |
