We liked the position which the hotel was in, the friendliness of the staff, who were very obliging in answering all our questions, we loved the breakfast, and the place was very comfortable.

Location very good. The room size was generous, more like a suite than a simple bedroom. Breakfast was good. Inclusive parking.

Our bedroom was on the third floor and there was no lift. However, we did not specify that we would have preferred lower floor so can't complain.

the freindly staff and the lovely well cooked breakfast could nt fault it. The owners let us keep our car on there car park for the day even though we had checked out, which is a very rare thing now a days.

Smallish room, but acceptable for weekend break

It is in a quiet spot away from the bustle of the town yet within easy reach of the centre.

only one niggle - I'm only 5'3" and had to stretch to pull the bathroom light (pull cord) and could only see my forehead in the bathroom mirror. My husband is fortunatley a little taller so could see to shave!!

The room number fifteen was very small with nowhere to sit and relax comfortably, it bore no resemblance to the picture shown on booking form. Also when we arrived we had to flush the toilet and put the clock right.
