Staff Location Breakfast
Rooms were small No lift
Good location, excellent breakfast, my room was very quiet & comfortable.
No coffee/tea making facility, I couldn't get the shower to work
Room clean, close to Paddington Stn, Room Clean.
The room, facilities, staff co operation where all excellent. The location of hotel is great being so close to tube and rail station. Hyde Park being so close is a great plus factor too.
The only thing negative I can say about the hotel is that there was no safe in my room.
Clean, comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast and helpful staff. I would recommend ABC and I would stay again
Good value, very good location.
Room was very small
Staff extremely helpful
Six Flights Of Stairs To Top Room (Triple)
Couldn't provide the twin room that we booked. Even din't bother himself to apologize ! The room which he offered instead is a very noisy in the ground floor near the recipient, imagine you can hear all guests, phone calls and street noise.
clean comfortable good location
very small noisy road, traffic & revelers till early hours poor breakfast
great location near Paddington station and underground very close to Hyde park Cleanliness in the room itself satisfying.
Tiny room for a 60 £. That room is worth15£. Carpets haven't seen a cleaner for years. Unfinished touches in the bathroom. Mattress could be changed. Typical noise in London, busy streets. Places like this are embarrassment to the capital city. I will make sure not to stay in Hotel like this ever again.
Convenient, pricing wasn't bad.
Hair dryer didn't work, the radiator grid was all broken we were down in the basement and was a little inconvenient for us both with a big case and narrow staircase, no window in the bathroom felt a little claustrophobic, breakfast hours changed when we went for breakfast at nine it was closed and were informed it was half nine, check out was a little rushed.
Leak from light in bathroom, breakfast was poor, wet towells
For £75 I got what I expected, we booked last minute as we were in London for a funeral and our original accommodation fell through. The staff were very polite and welcoming, the room was situated on the first floor and for the one night was a good enough sleep. I can not fault the staff we arrived late to breakfast, however we were not informed of the timings, they did allow us to have breakfast even after the kitchen closed.
*Windows need replacing so that they fit the frame better. *Double glazing to drown out the noise of the street. *A quieter fan is needed in the bathroom one that doesn't sound like an aeroplane/ helicopter is flying overhead. *You need to be told what time breakfast is as we were not
The room was cleaned every day also the bed sheets and towels were changed every day and its only a stones throw from the tube station plus there's plenty of places to eat locally.
No latch to shut the window in our room.
Booked a double room with two single beds, got a double bed and then they had moved a folding bed into the room instead. No space let we could only sit in bed and folding bed was terrible. Hotel is poor and the price even not as high as others.
The room for a single was a good size and good en suite. The receptionist was helpful and polite. The room was well decorated, and a good size bed for a tall person like me, with crisp clean white linen. Within easy walking distance to Paddington station, restaurants, coffee shops and pubs.
Disappointed I had to leave to early for breakfast and there was no substitute offered especially as the price included breakfast.
Close to Paddington station.
In my smallroom, the window was broken, the shower door was broken, the shower control was broken, the extractor fan did not work and was filthy, the kettle had to be on the floor to reach a plug, the requested taxi was, I believe a private car (no disc) and the driver did not speak English, did not know London ...... etc! There a was no Fire Exit sign and Fire Doors were wedged open!
Friendly staff and room clean and well decorated.
Room hot although a fan was installed which was not ideal to have on all night.
The staff were friendly.
The entire place. Dirty carpets that were unsecure on the stairs. Bed up against the wall so I had to climb over my partner to get in or out of bed. They offered reduced taxi rates but the cab was unlicensed with only 3rd party insurance. He wanted to charge more than the black cabs.
Bad wifi coverage
Super narrow shower
The shabbiness of the hotel The lack of interest from the staff The fact that I had to climb six narrow flights of stairs to get to the third floor The fact that I had to have my window open because there is no air conditioning and the hotel is located on a noisy (all night noisy) road Breakfast was terrible The TV did not work The room was too small and their was a lack of lights I would have put up with some of that had the price not been so high
Location Fan in the room Friendly receptionists
Tiny room and small bed Bath towels didn't smell fresh nor clean
