ABC Hyde Park Hotel  

Friendly, helpful staff. Very fast check in. Rooms were not overly large but sufficient for what we needed and very clean. The bathroom looked like it was newly decorated. We stayed for 2 nights and got fresh towels each day. The price is great especially for the location it's in as you can reach Hyde park, Oxford street and museum street easily. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel was chosen for its proximity to Lord's cricket ground and the price was in my budget. It was what I expected for the price. The staff were very friendly.

The room was too hot, everyhting else was fine.

We found ABC Hyde Park Hotel on a great location during our 3 nights stay the room was fine and quiet and the breakfasts were fine.The staff were lovely assisting with online flight bookings and storing our luggage for us on the day of departure.There are some great places to eat in the area and transport via bus or train was so very close

Great location: 3 min to underground and Paddington (straight way to Heat, 3 min to Hyde park, lots of buses to shops and center. Breakfast was not so good, but OK.

Time to time the hotel main door was not closed and the keys from the rooms were left at the reception table. So everybody could access to my room while I was absent. I saw it only at the last day of my being otherwise I would claim my money back and move to another hotel. So, please be aware of this hotel if you have anything at your room for 110 pounds per day!

Great value for money! The location was excellent, with just a few minutes walk from Paddington Station and Hyde Park. For those who wish to do some serious shopping, Oxford Street is not too far away. Super-nice staff and spotlessly clean. Nice breakfast - your have verity of items in buffet breakfast i.e fried egg, crumbled egg, beans, verity of fruit, variety of cereals, scones, cakes, cheese, juices, tea, coffee, jam, honey e.t.c. It is perfect for those who mostly want a conveniently located, clean, and well-run hotel at a great price it would be hard to beat. Will definitely recommend to family & friends, and hope to stay there again. PS! If you like Malaysian food, there is an absolutely BRILLIANT restaurant located just a few blocks away at 13 Sale Place called Satay House. Some of the best Asian food I've ever had.

Professional and friendly staff, great location, small but nice and clean room close to verity of restaurants what else we need. Definitely we will come back.

The hospitality is good and I had free breakfast there and they were awesome to compare with my other stay at other hotels

I think they should have a double lock as I felt a little insecure while sleeping at night. I was staying alone and there was no double lock,hence,any intruders may just intrude the room from outside

The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly, with maps, directions, and suggestions on where to eat. . The Admin working there are very hardworking! . night receptionist was for helpful.The hotel appears to have been just completely repainted & spruced up, as well. breakfast was fantastic. hopefully come again. we recommend peoples to stay in this hotel.

All was well for the price I paid. The only problem was it was an attic room and a really bad smell from somewhere in the building made it difficult to breath. At the breakfast it was a bit busy with one staff serving. She tried her best. In all it served the purpose. We had a lovely time in london the main reason we were there for .

Situated near the Paddington tube station. Rooms were small but clean, newly renovated and tidy. Also had coffee making facility. Breakfast was excellent. Service was friendly and efficient. I would definitely come back to this hotel whenever I am in London.Manager and night receptionist was very helpful.

We thought the hotel was very well priced and the staff were very helpful and courteous. It was convenient for Paddington Station and the Underground breakfast was very nice , plenty of variety and good value. We loved the decore of the hotel (obviously recently refurbished) and the room was very clean and crisp in its design concept
