Friendly staff. Close to tube Good value
The continental breakfast was a bit weak. Bed was less than amazing
Location, price, friendliness
Great location near trendy areas like Chelsea, Kensington, etc. Nice restaurants and cafes. Very close to the subway. Wifi although not super fast is available. Very friendly and uncomplicated staff. Nice price if you think you are London and in one of London's best areas.
Breakfast for is not worth it. Can do better on the streets.
location: 3 min walk to Zone One underground station Gloucester
facilities didn't live up to my expectation
Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Good location close to Gloucester Road Station
Toilet not clean in room upon arrival. Room extremely small - almost a cupboard. Could not see the TV as it was hidden behind a cupboard. Asked for change of room and front desk staff were happy to oblige. New room was not bigger than first room and had a very uncomfortable mattress so bad sleep ensued
Convenient location close to tube station and many restaurants, friendly staff, clean room and value for money.
No bath, only a shower. No trouser press.
The hotel was in a good place not far from the underground so travelling around was made easy. The staff at the hotel were very friendly, the continental breakfast was ok.
The triple room on the picture was not what we got, we were given a room in the basement with a window which rattled and was drafty. The room was cold during the night as leaving the heating on made a noise. There was only a thin quilt on the bed so we asked for blankets the 2nd night which when we returned to the room had been left. However, these were throws not blankets so we were cold the 2nd night as well. Very disappointed!
The staff were really helpful and very friendly. The rooms were a really good size for the 3 of us. There was plenty of places to eat in the vicinity.
Very impressed with friendliness and helpfulness of staff; excellent location; quiet; comfortable
Coffee was a bit woeful - that's all
Location Size of shower Friendliness of staff Continental Breakfast
Size of room Loose toilet seat
location and friendly staff
Facility old and did not change the bedings after 3-days stay as stated
Best part of our stay was showering and sleeping
Not much choice at breakfast so we opted to pay extra for a full english which was terrible, needless to say we found a nice little cafe the next day
Nice People Nice facilities
One Wall of Room 305 has a very thin partition wall that contains the main building lift (elevator). The Lift kept me awake....... ALL NIGHT LONG!!!!! take any room but not 305
Great location, nice breakfast, clean room general value for money
Easy to get to and central. Very clean and warm rooms. Good to have extra teabags available in reception.
The room and en suite were tiny, but fine for one night. Everything was spotlessly clean. Other than the lift noises, the hotel was very quiet. The continental breakfast was fine and the price was cheap for central London.
This was a last minute booking due to a very overdue evening flight. I arrived very late. At booking I requested an extra pillow and a quiet room. I got neither. It may be that all the single rooms were next to the lift shaft. I heard the lift clanking noisily well into the night, my sleep frequently broken. I thought the bed was hard.
Very clean, pleasant staff, good location and a tasty breakfast
The location is quiet, safe and near the underground. The hotel is modern and well-attended. The staff does its best to please the guests, heating is ok, the room (on the 4th floor) cosy and comfortable. We would gladly stay again.
A couple of minor points include lack of water pressure in our 4th floor room and an average quality of the breakfast.
Very good Location, Clean hotel and nice stuff.
The rooms and bathrooms are too small. Really small. The breakfast is very poor. MUST BE IMPROVED.
Excellent location, 2 minutes walk distance form Gloucaster Rord underground station, easy access from Heathrow Terminals and to city center and located there atractions. Hotel clean with really good breakfasts.
At all hotels which I visit already (except London) I could pay for my stay when I wanted. Only in London / GB always I had to pay at check in and when I ask for invoice for the room only in London I could get it when I pay and had to wait for invoice till last day to check out. Strange and difficult to understand those hotel rules.
Comfy breakfast room. Very friendly staff.
Rather cold due to bad windows (which probably are characteristic for London)
Awful quality of bed, extremely small room, not insonorisation
Staff were helpful, the 24 hour reception is always great. Free wifi and felt very welcoming.
Bigger range for breakfast would have been good. However the food they did have was very nice.
Great location, near the V&A, The National History Museum, and The Science Museum, a couple 100 yards from from Gloucester tube station, still in a busy area but location of hotel allows for a restful sleep. The staff were also very accommodating. Definitely recommend it.
One thing one slightly creeky floorboard underneath the carpet, didn't bother us too much but may bother some people.
Literally 2 min walking from the tube, in one of my favourite neighbourhoods in London. The room is small but there is everything you might need for a short stay. Good value for money! Reception guy was very kind and helpful.
Breakfast is very basic but the waiters are nice and kind.
