The location- which was chosen to be close to Royal Albert Hall but was quiet and in pleasant surroundings. Unfortunately there was no cold water available on the day of our visit and the en-suite was very 'compact' but adequate. |

I found the staff extremely friendly and helpful, the location is excellent I room I stayed in on the frist night was quite small but staff had no problem in changing my room the next day. Breakfast was below averag, but overall as London goes it was value for money. try to avoid room 11a its tiny!! |

the location: near an underground station, near Hyde Park and in a quiet street. It's a small hotel, more personal than a large hotel This time I heard my neighbours talking, the previous time it wasn't like that |

Nice, clean, comfortable room. 1 minute walk from restaurants/shops. Breakfast basic but for the price you cannot expect a Michelin 3 star gourmet buffet! |

We liked the location, 2 blocks from the tube, walking distance to three great museums and of course Harrods. Room was clean, staff compenant and rate was great. TV was very small, fan in bathroom stayed on forever. |

Low occupancy - so uprgraded - which is nice. Proximity to Underground. Room B2 was under the Reception area - so some background noise during the day - did not spoil the stay. |

Value for money, excellant location, and the freindly helpful staff. The room we stayed in was very small which was quite a disadvantage with 2 suit cases. And would be a similair problem for any internatiional travellers. |

Excellent location for transport, cafes, shops, museums etc. Wi-fi access was 5 pounds for 24 hours.Safe area at night for single woman. Staff were indifferent or perhaps poor in English language. Overall comfortable, but minimalistic. |

The room was very clean. Definitely did not like the charge imposed by the hotel when I requested that they hold my bag for 2 days. I had decided to stay in the stay hotel so that I could leave my bag there; but there was a daily charge imposed on me. |

the 24h opening, quiet room, nice house, situated in Kensington and short way to tube and bus, three tubelines, direct tube to heathrow the shower water was very poor and as the tap of the sink gave only water of a certain temperature, no cold shower possible, only two coathangers, the breakfast ( continental) had too much prepacked jam, flakes ( think of the garbage), the hairdryer had a loose fitting cover |

Clean room. Shower and bathroom sink ran only hot water that could not be adjusted, so in very hot wather the water was scalding, and I could not get a cold drink. |
