The location, the price & the breakfast. It's the best budget hotel I've stayed in in London. No bath mat and only 1 towel, so slippery underfoot and no towel to dry hair. Biscuits would have been nice too.

Excellent vakue for money for a one nighter plus Continental Breakfast. Very good quiet location within easy walking distance to Albert Hall. Would have preferred a room a little further from the lift/elevator which seemed to run throughout the night! I will attempt to ensure this the next time.

The location of the hotel is more than stunning: very close to the Glouster Road tube, next to most stores and at the same time, situated to a small, private road. The staff is friendly and polite and would always cater for our needs. Although the room is neat and tidy, several improvements can be made when it comes to its cleanliness. We had to ask for extra clean towels and then ask for the old ones to be replaced. The same goes for the sheets.

Clean and comfortable accommodation; staff friendly and efficient. Continental breakfast good. Location excellent for tube and access to Natural History Museum, Victora and Albert etc. Would have liked fresh fruit and plain yogurt as an option at breakfast. Apples and bananas in fruit bowl but apples were not fresh. Options were a bit stodgy and processed.

Location. No towels provided (had to call the reception and ask for towels). Noise of the elevator was very annoying. Smallest room+bathroom I ever seen in my life.

The hotel is nicely located in the Kensington/Chelsea area with very near acces to the Gloucester Road tube station. Rooms are perfect for a (long) weekend stay with comfortable beds and a very good shower. Nice and helpfull staff as well. Within walking distance are several museums and eating options walking along Old Brompton Road.

Location was great staff really helpful and friendly. Our room was on the ground floor next to the lift, the lift was used constantly which made a very loud noise each time. If you are planning to stay here ask for a different room from this.

Hotel is modern, facilities lovely and clean. The staff are pleasant and helpful. 2nd room was bigger, quieter and nicer than the one we were in the first two nights of our 4 night stay. First room too small and noisy, particularly on second night with some 'loud' guests as well! No handtowels or bathmat supplied automatically but no problem getting extra towels to compensate. Breakfast finishes too early at 9.30.

Close to underground station The walls were so thin and you can hear everything what is going on around-obviously it is not so nice if you want to sleep.

The bathroom was renovated and clean. There were flees in the carpet. There was a party going on until 4AM in another room.
