The Hotel was away from noisy traffic so we had a good night's sleep. The area was very cosmopolitan
For our purposes, the location was excellent - close to the museums and the Royal Albert Hall. Breakfast was ver good.
Our only criticism is the size of the TV - particularly small.
Summer duvet and air conditioning ensured a good nights sleep. Adequate continental breakfast in a very pleasant room. Staff very welcoming and pleasant. Proximity of hotel close to the tube line.
Only criticism is the ensuite shower room was very small which may be an issue if staying for more than a night or two.
The staff was super helpful. The location was very convenient. Loved the free wifi. Great value!
Near tube and also in easy walking distance of everything.
Room a little hot at times.
Rooms need a little attention to detail in repairs to finish them off well
Great single room. Lovely staff. Great location with a lot of places around, perfect for people who want to be a bit outside of the center.
Beds and comfort.
Spacious room and bathroom, really clean. Comfortable bed, helpful staff. Plentiful breakfast.
Clean, modern, well fitted room
food was good and breakfast room clean
breakfast room empty but could not sit were we wanted and not enough variety for breakfast would like more hot food asked for boiled eggs were told would not be long but never got them felt rushed.
Location Staff Included breakfast Good size rooms
A tiny claustrophobic lift Air con went down for a few hours
The staff was very helpful and the rooms was very clean. Lovely shower too.
The room was lovely but we was located on the bottom floor so we didn't have a view.
Location is good, the staff were helpful anfd the room was perfectly adequate
I was in a double room but if there'd been two people it would have been very cramped - tiny shower room too
location is very good, and staff is helpful
the room was very small and bathroom equipment or accessories are minimal
Location, air conditioning in the room, safe in the room
Noises from other rooms could be heard clearly.
All the staff were extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. Facilities great. Two minutes to tube.
The reception staff are tops. The room was lovely and super clean. The location is excellent, super close to the V&A and the Gloucester Rd. Tube station.
breakfast was not worth it. Lift was 'temperamental'. I was sent a fax but the staff never gave it to me. Could not make a phone call even for a fee.
Friendly staff, clean rooms that for London are of a very good size. The location was good for us, but if you are in London for the traditional sights like the London Eye, Buckingham Palace, Covent Garden etc., it is a bit out of the way. But we were there for other things so it suited us perfectly.
The one bedside lamp was broken when we arrived and never fixed. Seems the staff does not check these things.
Being allowed to check in early. Very pleasant staff. Good continental breakfast. Air conditioning in the room as it was very hot outside.
The staff went out of their way completely for EVERYTHING! Nicest people in the world!
The rooms were very small.
Great location. Good WiFi. Nice helpful staff. Good Continental Breakfast. Large room with a good size bureau. Flat screen TV with a few good channel. Air conditioning that worked very well.
Carpets needed cleaning. Bathroom sink leaked into the drawer below. Elevator was small and jumped for 10 seconds before door opened. Just minor things you find in any hotel.
The location is good, the room is very very nice. For the price I have payed, I did not expect in London such a nice room. The staff is very friendly and professional. The breakfast was OK.
Two things: 1. It seems that when someone in the room next by is using water, there was a very loud noise in my room. Strong at least as the alarm that wakes me up. So I was sleeping in intervals. I was in room 401. 2. The shower was the weakest ever, and I travel much - at least once a month. I wonder if it is so difficult or expensive to place a pump to push the water to the upper floor. I wonder also if other guests did not complain already for the noise in my room...
