We are ideally situated on Aberavon seafront with 2 miles of flat promenade, a wide sandy beach and views across Swansea Bay to the Gower Peninsula. We are just 7 miles from the centre of Swansea, close to Port Talbot and Neath and only minutes from the M4.
Our elegant Greenhouse Restaurant serves fine food. Many of our comfortable bedrooms have sea views and we have a range of flexible conference rooms. Relax and unwind during your stay in our all-weather leisure centre complete with heated pool, sauna and spa.

The hotel is in a run-down location but, nevertheless, strives to overcome this and I have no complaints. Service and food was good. |

The room was very comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. The area is very quiet. Car parking is adequate and secure. The dinner was not well cooked. The sauce for the mussels was tepid. The Welsh lamb was so tough they gave me a steak knife. |

Friendly staff, good food. Excellent choice at breakfast - freshly cooked. Excellent refurbished rooms - comfortable bed. Views of the beach. Easy access to the M4 and Swansea and Gower Peninsula External views of hotel uninspring. This is unfortunate since the interior of the hotel has been refurbished to a good standard. |

The outside is somewhat drab, but the interior is excellent. Our twin room was very comfortable, and the sea view was a bonus, despite much sea salt spray on the windows. |

It was like going back in time when hotels gave real proper service!! With my room service meal i got a complimentry paper and 2 glasses for my water incase i didn't want the ice and lemon!!! Food was lovely too! |

Bar food & breakfasts good. Restaurant menu quite expensive. More vegetarian options please. Pool could have been open earlier, i.e. before breakfast. Hotel quite difficult to find. Better signposting please. |

when I drove upto the hotel I thought what a dump and was anoyed I had booked it but on entering it was wow rooms lovely reception and great breakfast will def use it again when in the area no smoking rooms |

Food excellent, view excellent, furnishings - well appointed, staff excellent --- all good Building outside and grounds look a bit dated but the interior was/is excellent, including all the prints on the wall of various famous artists. A pleasurable stay for sure. |

Inside the hotel was very comfortable/inviting-good quality carpets/curtains/furniture and very clean-friendly helpful staff The outside of the hotel was really grim and offputting-we wondered what we had done in booking there when we first saw it-once inside all changed and it was excellent-glass front is attractive but brick part looks awful and car park/entrance pretty grim and uninviting |

Located just outside Swansea near a very pleasant beach. Although some people might find the outlook a little industrial as the hotel is actually in Port Talbot. We found location ideal for visiting the Brecon beacons and Gower region. Hotel has a dated look to it but it was clean and well laid out. |

The room facilities, cleaniness and standard of bathroom shower. View and access to fresh air was also excellent Noise from the disco in the function room was invasive (too loud) and well after midnight unacceptable for guests wanting to sleep. Poor management control! Stayed Friday & Saturday - functions both nights. |
