Very friendly staff and family atmosphere. Breakfast very good and included in the price of the room. Rooms clean and comfortable. Generally good value for money. Unfortunately the hotel isnt very pretty to look at on approach and if I hadnt already bookd my room it could have been a factor in my not actually going into the hotel but glad I did.

Fantastic staff,[nothing was toomuch trouble for them], Comfortable room. No charge for the dog. Inedible breakfast. [Bacon only partially cooked on one side, overcooked scrambled eggs] Didn't have time to compain, as we were going to a funeral. Tv was modern, but only had four useable channels. Extractor fan not working in the bathroom

A very pleasent room and hotel. Food and staff were very good. The stay was spoilt by the noise (music) play at high volume from the four winds next door. It completely spoilt the stay. I do not think we will visit again in case a similar thing happens. A good hotel spoilt by neighbours.

This is our second stay at the hotel and we shall certainly be staying again. We had an excellent room on the third floor with a lovely view of the sea. As before the room was immaculately clean and very attractively presented. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We ate at the resturant and were delighted by the service and quality of the food. We cannot recommend the hotel more highly The only suggestion I would make is that you replace the catering style sausages used at breakfast with something or better quality and more like a local/traditional sausage. If you really wanted to distinuish a 'welsh' breakfast you could offer the option of lavabread.

We liked the welcome has soon as we arrived, and the information about what was happening with the event we were attending, we were with tata steel ,the three course meal we had was excellent as was the breakfast, last but not least the staff everyone we spoke to was very friendly and helpful thank you MR & MRS PRICE The only disapointment was that when attending a private function we were not made aware there would have been a reduction in the cost of our stay ,we did book through the internet.

Clean well appointed room with a sea view. Interior ggod with pool and jacuzzi, although not used. Breakfast good in the conservatory. The only blip was a weeding party who took over the bar area and held a disco until after midnight.

It was spotlessly clean, the staff were happy and approachable. Breakfast was really nice. I enjoyed my evening swim and jacuzzi! The hotel looks dated from the outside but was modern and clean inside. I would have loved to stay for the full 5 nights but it was already full at the weekend. I would definately stay there again!

hotel stay was lovely, came to Swansea to see youngest son off to University and the comfort, services and facilities enjoyed at your hotel made that wrench just a little bit easier to bear. Thank you very much. Put in request for morning wake up call - it did not happen. Lights are quirky in room - Tv had been programmed to show menu etc in Polish! quite bizarre . No problem with watching, just odd to change channels etc

We liked the excellent restaurant and quality of the food. The swimming pool and sauna were just about big enough. Although the hotel overlooks the beach. The area was not attractive and the location of some steelworks belching out smoke at times about half a mile away did not help.

Comfortable and convenient for the Gower Peninsula and other areas of South Wales. Nothing wrong with the Hotel - Good views of the sea from our room but rather in an area needing redevelopment.

The location was excellent with the sea being directly in front of the hotel. The hotel was like a tardis, inside excellent facilities My bedroom had a large carpet stain in the middle of the room which looked unsightly and begs reason what would cause such a large stain !! No air conditioning which made it a little hot [even on the 1st sept] and uncomfortable in the night. Approaching the hotel outside it looks like a a block of unused council apartments,?? but once inside it really is excellent, as they say dont judge a book by its cover, certainly for this Hotel ! Breakfast and service excellent .
