The room facilities, cleaniness and standard of bathroom shower. View and access to fresh air was also excellent Noise from the disco in the function room was invasive (too loud) and well after midnight unacceptable for guests wanting to sleep. Poor management control! Stayed Friday & Saturday - functions both nights. |

Friendly welcome at this well-refurbished hotel. Everything works, it's clean, the right price and just surprisingly good. Don't worry about the austere architecture or the car park that could do with a new surface - step inside the hotel and you're in for a treat. |

Close proximity to the beach and wedding venue. Modern room. The foyer and general public areas need updating as the furnishings and colour of paint on walls look very old fashioned and unclean. A neutral colour would be best. The exterior of the hotel is a bit of an eye-sore but I guess there's not much that can be done about that. The car park and entrance to the hotel could do with a re-vamp. It looks like an abandoned car park. |

hotel staff very helpful,service was quick enough,plenty of parking,very good breakfast. room are very clean and comfort. there is no air con in the hotel, room could get quite hot after whole day sunshine, other than that, top class. |

Standard of my room was very good, location was good near beach but fairly isolated in terms of local transport. Hotel was in process of refurbishment but did not find this inconvenient in any way, Food was good.Wi-fi access was a bonus. Staff were helpful and friendly. Great lounge area. Menu in resturaunt was limited with little choice - stayed here 3 days the food itself was very good but if you did not like the half dozen choices there were not many alternatives - even on the bar meals menu. |

the rooms were very clean and comfortable.the reception staff were friendly and helpful The breakfasts were good All the staff were friendly and polite. The service was very slow both in the dining room and the bar The bar staff often disappeared and unless another staff member walked by and went to inform them people were waiting there was no way to call them back to the bar. More choice on the dinner menu would be nice. |

We only went for a short break. Food served from the restaurant was excellent and the pool complex was excellent. No TV showing Sky Sports in the bar. |

we went to the beach which was nice a lovely area also went to the cinema and to the aquadome pool which was good they gave us a room with two single bed when i had asked for and payed for a double thtere was no fridge in the room the pool was small the changing rooms did not have very many cubicales |

Location of hotel on seafront. The room was pleasant with a great flatscreen TV and partial seaview. It was also close to the lift and the lifts were really good. Good choice of reasonably priced meals in bar. Great breakfast, good choice and beautifully cooked. good sized swimming pool. Hotel had really nice friendly and relaxed atmosphere yet everything was really efficient. Only butter on breakfast table. We had to ask for Flora, but it was brought to us quite quickly and without fuss. |

The relaxed atmosphere, particularly as we had a large family gathering and were not rushed to finish our meal on Sunday, and were able to congregate in the lounge for several hours to chat. The food and facilities wee very good, and we have decided to return next year. The room was very hot and there did not appear to be any air conditioning. |

On arrival I was greated by a membe of staff with a beaming smile asking me if I had had a good journeyS, very uplifting. Staff in general could not do enough to help. I would have used the leisure facilties but lack of privacy prevented me from doing this as the pool area can be viewed from the reception area through some very large windows. Perhaps something could be put up to screen viewing and overcome this problem. |

very friendly and helpful staff, quiet and relaxing atmosphere, very clean and comfortable, lovely view of the beach, very good value for money had to wait a long time for food from the bar menu on the first night and felt the food was poor but the breakfast was wonderful tried the bar menu again on the final night and the service was much quicker |
