Friendly Staff nothing was too much trouble. Especially David in the diningroom. You all made our stay so wonderful especially as the trip was to say a final farewell to a very dear friend who had passed away on Easter Sunday. The rooms were roomy and perfect. That we couldn't stay longer

Loved the hospitality and the food! Rooms were great. The breakfast was great they gave u choices plus a layout of other breakfast items! Only prob was that the room our sons were in was filled with mold! For a kid with asthma I can't believe they put him there. I did tell them he has bad asthma. The grown up room did have a very bad bed. I had back surgery. I felt every spring and I hurt after!!

Good facilities including swimming pool/spa. Bar meals available as well as a good restaurant. All staff were friendly and attentive. So for that level of facilities and service - it is good value for money Nothing really inside. However, the outside of the building could do with smartening up as it would put off some potential customers compared with the good facilities and service inside.

The hotel was nice and comfortable. The check in staff was very nice and friendly. It was clean which is very important and the rooms were nice and spacious. The hotel is near the beach so it was nice to go for a walk. The bed was to springy.

Smart decoration very friendly staff great location tasty breakfast with good choice Wedding reception on the Saturday meant loud base music into the room til 1.20am. I could even hear which song was on, so hearing "time of my life" was a blessing as I knew it was the last song - Would have been nice to have been pre-warned a wedding was booked and would effect my nights sleep, especially with clocks going forward and being pregnant, I was very tired the following day. Walls very thin, so could hear wedding guests next door return, chatting and every "pee" was echoed into our bedroom. Not expecting the Ritz, but would only stay again if I could get confirmation that no functions were booked during stay as other nights sleep were fine. Also, Pipes in room make a tapping sound (room 203) while heating up, so you have a tapping noice to wake you up each morning.

My disabled parents were unable to gain access to their disabled bathroom as a bed blocked the door. We had a leak from the ceiling in our room. Both were resolved very quickly, the bed was moved in my parents room and we were offered an alternative room. Restaurant staff didn't understand the menu in the evening, not know what lamb cooked 3 ways was and offering Brie when we selected a blue veined cheese. No routine in the morning, waited 40 minutes for Bacon and egg 20 minutes for coffee, Fruit salad yoghurt and juice empty only remedied after reminding staff. Wouldn't eat there again

A run on the beach before breakfast and a day of meetings was glorious Shame the pool doesn't open before 9 - business users tend to use sport facilities earlier in the day

The room was extremely stuffy the window only openned a jar. We were on the 2nd floor window facing (not to our knowlege) a bar which played out bad karaoke till the early our which was loud and disturbed both our sleep. If that wasn't enough we were subject to listening to what could only be described as a room party until 06:30 hrs on Sunday morning people talking and falling about. All this a side the room was excellent clean and comfortable. Tea and Coffee , hair dyers and excellent Decor.

Situated right on the beach, free parking The cook breakfast was not up to the standard I would have expected, it had been cook for a while I would say then left to site, the poach egg was over cooked & the bacon under cook. the rest of the breakfast choices were lovely. We did not complain at the time, but mention it to reception when we were leaving, the young lady was very nice and suggested we mention the breakfast to the waitress at the time as she could not do anything after the fact.

Location Breakfast Fire Alarm went off at 6.30am Sunday 11 November. General chaos ensued. No proper checks were carried out by staff. Asked to wait outside whilst Fire Brigae arrived which took about 15 mins. No apology. Why did this happen? Drinks prices were too expensive.
