Lovely place to stay staff were very friendly. Room was very clean, warm and comfortable. One of the best beds I have slept in. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful. with plenty of hot coffee. This BB well deserves its 5* rating.
No complaints about our weekend or the BB. This However, a brighter torch for going out would have been a bonus.
Staff! When your a solo guest you can sometimes find it differcult to talk to other guests. During my breakfast one of the staff got me involved in another tables conversation. It was a nice touch and those are the things you remember. I'm a fussy sleeper and I slept like a baby. I couldn't find anything really that wrong
Emma was great and most helpful.
Knowledgeable staff, location and a fantastic breakfast

Good parking and lovely complimentary biscuits in the room with chocolate on the pillow! Nice touch! Would defo recommend this B&B for anyone wanting to visit snowdonia!
Very poor wifi
we both really enjoyed our stay would defiantly come again.
breakfast came exactly as ordered. Asked for hard egg and well done bacon and thats what i had both days. Superb location and view, exactly as on website.
Location was great for a few days based for the 3 days based in Betwys y Coed. Views from our room were superb. Breakfast also excellent
Wifi signal was not strong I but wasn't bothered. Walking into town, albeit a shortish distance, required use of torch. Again not overly worried about this
We are just back from a 2 night stay in Aberconwy house and thoroughly enjoyed it. Stuart made us feel very welcome on our arrival and carried the bags up the 2 flights of stairs! Being up there meant that we have amazing views from our enormous window! The house has an elevated position overlooking Betws-y-Coed which allows the fab views. The bed was very comfortable and there was chocolate on the pillow after the housekeeping on our first day! The house is 5 mins walk from the town centre. There is a huge Cotswold store in town which is great and also a 'Rock bottom' store.
Hard to find fault. Something small was that breakfast didn't start until 08.15 which was a little late for us.
Lovely location great host great breakfast enjoyed it and would definitely stay again
No sink in bathroom
One of the best we have stayed in, staff very welcoming.

Wifi signal was poor and intermittent in the room
Extremely Friendly Staff Excellent Breakfast the Location was perfect Very Comfy and Clean Room
Staff had information on a lot of local attractions and places of interest. Very helpful and informative.
Nothing apart from the weather, but this did not detract from our enjoyment of the visit.
Friendly and informative welcome. Easy going and helpful, well organised staff. Great view, lovely terrace, edge of village location with short walk through field and over bridge to the center. Quiet, clean and confortable room with good shower. Tasty breakfast with good choice.
Excellent service, immaculately clean rooms, exceptionally high standard of breakfast, very welcoming staff. Would highly recommended to family and friends.
We stayed here 18 years ago and had a wonderful time. Different owners now, but the same great experience. Beautiful surroundings, convenient to town, nearby hiking, and wonderful Wales at your doorstep. Add to this a clean, modern, pretty facility run by great staff providing excellent food and service: What's not to like?
Excellent breakfast. Nothing too much trouble
It was perfect, great location, friendly staff, comfy bed and a great breakfast. Will definitely be returning.
