Excellent service, immaculately clean rooms, exceptionally high standard of breakfast, very welcoming staff. Would highly recommended to family and friends.
Excellent breakfast. Nothing too much trouble
It was perfect, great location, friendly staff, comfy bed and a great breakfast. Will definitely be returning.
Peaceful location Lovely walk into village nearby Chatty & informative host
Location location. Out of the village but a short walk away 10 min s . Hosts are warm friendly and make you feel at home . We loved our stay.
No strong internet at time
Only a 30 minute time window for breakfast
Everything was excellent.
This was my second visit to Aberconwy House and it was just as enjoyable as the first one. Emma and Stuart really do make you feel welcome and that is pretty much what puts this place at the top of the pile for me. (along with the smoked salmon and scrambled eggs for breakfast!)
If it ain't broke....don't fix it! Happy with the place just as it is!
Excellent location, comfortable room, great staff.
Breakfast is very simple. Large shower but the water flow is not so pleasan
Gorgeous location, comfortable beds, great food, friendly and helpful owner and staff. Great stay :)
Lovely stay. Super breakfasts. Excellent hosts. Easy to get to everywhere from here. Ideal stay for Snowdonia Free parking. Would recommend it to everyone.
Attention to detail was great, rooms a good size, clean, very comfy, nothing was too much trouble for the owners, fantastic customer service.
Breakfast was a little later than we would have liked (7am would of been perfect) but definitely worth waiting until 8.30am for.
Staff care of guests, breakfast with forest views, comfortable room.
Small parking area and strict check in time.

Great family room for our daughter & 6 month baby. The English breakfast was excellent and catered for vegetarian option as well.
We liked Emma, she was a delightful host and very informative about the local area, very welcoming and lovely. Stuart was an excellent breakfast chef and also very friendly. We felt very welcome, and very comfortable. We stayed in Room 4, which had a kingsize bed and the luxury of a bath which was great to relax in after our walk up Mount Snowdon. We also liked the decor of the room, the tea & coffee making facilities and the little extra touches...such as chocolates after our room had been serviced.
There was nothing we didn't like.
Very friendly owners. Gave us helpful tips about the area. Room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Breakfast was delicious.. Would highly recommend the eggs and smoked salmon.
The shower was not powerful, and sometimes the water turned cold. It would have been nice to have been able to open a window in the room to allow in some fresh air, especially in the summer when it gets warm.
A lovely welcome, very friendly and helpful. Particularly appreciated the sitting area in our room with the excellent views. First class breakfasts with well chosen music playing in the background.
Nothing at all
Stuart & Emma were brilliant they gave us all the local information on eating places and where to visit etc. The breakfasts cooked to perfection !!!
Very friendly staff. Short walk into the heart of the town. Extremely comfortable bed after a hard days walking. Excellent breakfast. We would definitely recommend and will be going back shortly.
Great view from the bedroom window; just a short walk from the village centre over the suspension bridge.
Really excellent breakfast and a good homely feel to the public areas. A good stop off if you wanted to explore the local countryside but perhaps not a longer stay.
The 'bathroom' was miniscule and the room extremely cramped. Some of the signage regarding guest behaviour was a bit over zealous!
Lovely location, nice 10 minute walk from town.
Shower not very powerful
Booked our stay as a birthday treat and luckily we were blessed with great weather. The view was amazing! We had a room on the 2nd floor at the front of the property and it was a delight to wake up looking across the beautiful wooded valley. The room was cosy and had all you need for a comfortable stay. It was very convenient to be able to walk into town for a meal and not have to take the car! Breakfast was excellent with a good choice all served very speedily with a smile! Thank you Stuart for a memorable stay.
