Convenient and cheap price for monthly visit to Charing X hospital for treatment. A place for me to rest in comfort before travelling again.
Would have liked an explanation as to what facilities were available on arrival.
The fact that air for breath is for free
There is no lights no heating no elects points no hot water in the shower wifi cost money. Nightmare.
Friendly staff, warm rooms and close to the tube
A bit of mould in the ceiling of the shower room otherwise clean and fresh
Free Wifi then soap in the kitchen to wash plates/dishes!
The reception needs more of ladies than men. The men look intimidating! !!
It was clean and not expensive.
Noice at night, guy masturbating in the toilet.
i think the only thing bad is the wifi payment
Clean Good service
You have to pay for WiFi There is only ne Tv in the main room of the hotel.
Good location, all needed facilities
Rooms are not clean, no free wifi
Kitchen facilities (ovens, microwave, kettle)
Poor showers (very low water pressure, hottest was lukewarm), no elevators, cockroaches spotted in corridors.
service is good
Towel was provided, quiet area
Heating was completely absent in many areas of the hostel, it felt like being outside. A huge construction site directly behind the hostel which was thankfully on holiday during my time there. Poor kitchen facilities. My sheets weren't changed in between myself and the previous occupant who had stayed in the bed. No lockers or safe to hold valuables or passports.
Near to the train station, Piccadily Line and bus station as well. The room was clean and comfort. The shared toilet and bathroom also clean.
There was no elevator in the hostel. It is quite hard for those who with big or many luggage. Need to use the staircase only.
The only thing I can like is the location which is not that bad considering in London you go everywhere with the underground .
Absolutely disaster we had to check out 1 night before and go sleep at a family house for 1 night . We rented 2 rooms 1 of them was still without nothing on the bad and with the dirty plates in the refrigerator when we checked in. Lift does not work , there's no showers for gents and ladys , everyone together. When we complained he said there shower for both in the 1 st floor . Btw when we complained about the stay he was very rude and he try to take us as a joke . I honestly don't know where the authorities ate in this but this is not going to stop here . To write all my complains here I assure you it would take ma ages
Hostel is near underground station and bus station, staff very kind and friendly, good service, clean and nice room with fridge, easy to approach from Heathrow airport
An ideal place for my visit to Charing Cross hospital and my two day stay. The price of double room very reasonable. The facilities were fit for purpose and price.
Couldn't open door to the shower room as it hit the double bed. So space in the room was limited. The facilities available were not explained to me by the staff.
The three minute walk to the underground station was definitely handy, didn't matter too much that we weren't staying right in the middle of London. Bedroom itself was clean enough, comfy bed. Wifi codes were broken so somehow paid for one hour and got WAY more. Good for us!
Cleaners should be checking bathrooms more often. Went in early morning to find wet floors, no toilet paper and gross toilets. You also really need a lift, carrying two 20kg suitcases, backpacks, and hold-alls up and down two flights of stairs is a nightmare we didn't expect from a place full of people travelling with this kind of luggage. Luggage holding room seemed dodgy as hell, but our cases managed not to be stolen so it's okay.
Coining is good
Welcome, no free wifi, no gusts
Staff were friendly. Beds comfy. In-room temperature was easy to adjust. Relatively quiet. Good location - a bit out of town but close to Hammersmith tube.
It's spartan but, at the rates I paid for London, no complaints. Walls could do with a lick of paint but I suspect most people staying here are happy as long as the beds are clean and confy (which they were).
- the room was clean (no pests found!) and the common rooms were cleaned daily - the location was great, you could grab a drink at night and take the metro or busses to town - it is simple but the price is nice - I looked at reviews, some of them were not very positive, but you could see they tried to improve
- the corridors were cold and not very plessant because the fire escape was open - not a cosy room, but perfect if you planning to be in town most of the time
The sleeping arrangement. All the dormitories are mixed. Not too good
location and cleanliness
friendliness, cleanliness, kitchens for use by guests, location in a quiet street. Ready made meals for sale and microwaves in all the kitchens.
no pots and pans, hardly any cutlery in the kitchens: bring your own. There is also an overwhelming smell of cleaning products everywhere.
I had three small cockroachs in the room. The room and sheets weren't that clean. They did not clean the room, change towelsor sheets. Microscopic Toilets.
Paying 90£ por 2 nights is too much Mattress was irregular, you could feel the springs Room looked like a prison cell Toilets were not very clean, flush didn't work
