The hostel is close to the underground, clean.
Without free wifi but there are 3 Starbucks near by
Beds & bedding were comfortable and clean. There is a fridge in room, towels & cutlery, plates etc. provided in each room. Fairly quiet.
Smell in room & kitchen was a bit musty. There were some cockroaches in the rooms downstairs.
- Location: just 5 minutes walk from Hammersmith Tube and Bus stations, and 5 minutes the other way to Brook Green - Value for money - Peasant and efficient front desk staff
- Not enough space in room for clothes and suitcase storage - Room only cleaned every 2-3 days
Excellent location; nice and safe area; clean room and bathroom; good price
A bit uncomfortable bad
Quick check in, new facilities, quite area
Double bed was a configuration of two single bed bases of differing heights, no ventilation in the room.
Bed comfy great location
-clean room -friendly staff
-nothing to hang up the clothes in the shower cabin. (I missed the Coathoolk in the shower cabin.)
Location Clean Comfortable
I liked the price, location and the quality of the room I was given. The rules provided where clear and fair. The hostel was in a good state of repair.
A warmer welcome would've been appreciated when attending this hostel on the front desk by staff. Their was also no change or change machine available to enable use of the internet and other facilities present.
It was noisy all the time. Everytime someone opens and closes the hallway door, it sounds like the door is slammed. Couldn't even sleep comfortably.
The location is reasonable
Poor staff, very unfriendly. The bed is a mess, absolutely dirty and disgusting. I bet they change the bed linen every month. I couldn't bear it so I had to sleep with clothes on
Very clean, helpful staff, got a free-of-charge upgrade to an en-suite room when receptionist noticed we are a mature married couple, perfect location right by the tube and facilities
Nothing to dislike, it was a pleasant stay, every bit as good as in any hotel we have ever stayed before (and that is many!).
near to Hammersmith underground station, low price, clean
running water is dirty
very close to transport hub modern decor tv rooms, kitchens etc
there are no lockers in the rooms. hotel itself was clean enough, but there was a big pile of dirty plates etc in the room for some reason.
The place was very clean (even though the smell of bleach was quite strong sometimes). Dorm rooms only have 4 people and other people in my rooms weren't there most of the time so I had my private space as well. The location is very good, close to bus stop and train station.
The water in shower room was too hot and I couldn't adjust the temperature so it wasn't a very good experience as London is really hot these days. The doors made loud sound everytime someone open so it was noisy all night.
Nice accomodation Good for this price Well located
Very loud noice in the morning and evenings (slamming with doors) by the cleaners.
room facilities are good
no female only rooms available
near bus stop, supermarket and tube
Not a lot
Cleanliness of beds
we stayed on the ground floor,so we didn't have to climb any stairs..the room was small but quite clean and the bathroom was brandnew. the location is ideal...very close to the tube station in a quiet neighbourhood..great value for money keeping in mind that accomodation in london is toooo expensive!!!!!
the room was a bit hot and the staff seemed too bored!!!!!
We had a private room for two with en suite. Everything was really clean, had a fridge which was a bonus. Modern bathroom. Really good value for money. Only a few mins to the tube. Brilliant.
The negative was the noise. As many people mention - the constant banging doors. So frustrating because with a little attention they could improve things so much. Also, the location of our room - right next to the 24 hour reception and the room had very little sound proofing. We could hear every word clearly. My advice - take some decent ear plugs!
clean sheets good location
smell the squeakiest bed of all time
They don't have lift. If you have a big luggage, you need to carry it by yourself to 3rd or 4th floor
